Pros: Clean, empty, had everything you need and tastefully appointed.
Cons: Airport transfer price - a limousine should not be cheaper than a minivan for one! Personal wifi access - extremely poor and not worth paying for!
Location: Walked outside, local shops were dead. Hurghada tourism has been heavily hit which is a shame but a sign of the times.
Went all-included. The buffet food was surprisingly a really high standard - large choice of food, to satisfy all tastes/people. Only a couple of times was the food disappointing (out of the ~20 visits). Snacks on the beach were really good. Waiter/drink service was flowing.... At the time of booking, the website didn't point out shoes were mandatory to gain entry to restaurants in the evening - a new policy which is not great if you only have flip-flops! I also went off-season, so the guest count was minimal - which is what I wanted. I didn't really leave the resort, that wasn't what my stay was about so I cannot advise on the surroundings. For those wanting some R&R, a great place when it's empty. Paid extra for personal wifi and was extremely disappointed - wifi based video calls were not good, required constant reconnection and were a source of frustration which is not smthg you want on holiday. Streaming videos was ok. Really annoyed about the airport transfer service. Arranged pick-up, cost €15 for just me in a minivan. Arranged drop-off to airport and was given a limousine service for €12. That's not right. They were collecting me, knew I was one passenger -> should've sent a cheaper (?!) limousine. This is opportunism and unacceptable.

As a solo Canadian traveler, I've really enjoyed this hotel. Despite being here one night, I felt like i was treated as a VIP with very personal attention. The food is terrific, and the rooms are great. I appreciate the double paned glass, so the sounds from the pool don't exist when you shut the doors. I'm staying here on my way back - I can't say enough good things about this place.

Friendly, safe and relaxing

Pros: The hotel is very well kept, clean and well maintained. The family room had 2 bedrooms with lots of space and a balcony which was lovely and great for drying swimming costumes! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and polite and love kids. Lots knew my son by name after just a couple of days. There is plenty to do for the children and we even managed a couple of hours to ourselves in the adult pool while they were in kids club. The beach is a 5 minute walk or a golf buggy ride away where there is a drink and snack bar and lots of comfy sun beds, the beach area is safe for little ones as it is quite shallow. We enjoyed the water slides most days, took some trips (recommend the oasis safari) and loved the canoes on the beach. The choice of food was good, kids loved the puddings! We will be back!
Cons: We got locked out of room a couple of times and had to wait for a technician to come and re-boot it which took about an hour. The poolside can be extremely sloppy when wet and it took my 4 year old son a couple of days falling over to get used to it. 3 out of 4 of us got upset tummies but I think this seems to be common.
Location: We didn't venture out of the resort apart from on booked activities, but some people we met had walked into town where there were lots of shops.

Pros: Personalets service og imødekommenhed. Gode spisemuligheder og super godt hotel for familie ferie.
Cons: Sengene er lidt hårde.
Location: Fine dykker muligheder.
Super top serviceniveau blandt alt personale. Lækkert varieret mad og mulighed for 3 x a la carte restauranter. Vi kunne ønske os at sengene var lidt mindre hårde, men det er jo en smags sag. Fik virkelig god behandlinger (massage, ansigtsbehandling, manicure og herreklip) for næsten ingen penge 👍

Great Hotel..

Pros: all the staff starting with Mr.Majdi , receptionist ,chefs, and Beach Staff.
Cons: Shish was not very good , it can be better.
Location: great location , 10 min from the airport, the street behind the hotel was excellent for walking and many shops were there (café, markets ,pharmacy)
I stayed 4 days in this Hotel, everything was great.. first of all smiley man (Ayman) was waiting for us in the airport, he was very polite and he drive us to the hotel by new clean van. we arrived at 11:00 am to the hotel which was early , a very helpful man was waiting for us with warmth greetings ,he introduced himself ,Mr.Majdi (Senior Front Office Manager), he asked as to have seats in the lobby and give his instructions to one of the front disk staff to finish check in procedures quickly and take as to have our late breakfast. we had our late breakfast in the Italian restaurant, the hotel was crowded because it was holiday in Egypt, but the next day most families left the hotel because of working days and schools in Egypt. we had free upgrade for family room, it was pool view with nice balcony , mini bar just with water and Coca-Cola cans without anything else, it was poor minibar , the room was clean and smells good, the bathroom without shampoo or body lotion but we got them after asking for them. The food was great and delicious with many options, all restaurants were great and clean, chefs were professional especially (So'ad and Moh.) in the omelette section,and the chef for Italian food in the main rest. The best service we had it was on the Beach, towel guys ( Mahmoud ,Hazem ) ,Beach waiters(Georges ,Bullous ,Daniel) were very helpful and friendly. they made our days. Mr.Magdi was always available , and he approved all our requests as late checkout.

Good family hotel in marvelous Hurghada.

Pros: Good Location New Furniture in the room. Kids club with supportive team (Specially Mis Masouda) is a very good free service. Good food quality
Cons: varieties for non alcoholic drinks are very limited.
Location: It has very good location 10 minutes from the airport directly on mashaya where you can get a good shopping.
I have been their on July 2016 for 6 nights.and i recommend to visit this hotel for families with kids.Its a Medium size hotel with beautiful Aqua park. in Avery good Location.Hotel has marvelous sunny beach in his sister Hotel with clear lovely water. I requested an early Check in but i didn't get an answer before traveling and when i arrived i didn't find my room tell the normal check in time. lately i communicated with Mr.Magdy the front office Manger who was very supportive and Cooperative man.

Every thing is good specially Aqua Room clean and with good space Most of stuff if friendly specially chief Ahmed on the flavor magic restaurant and the smiling lady serving on the left side of the restaurant Food is v.good with good variety and all Chiefs are helpful and smiling The only silly and unpolite person was the restaurant service manager and some of his team I think they hate their job The other important thing that you have to give good tips to housekeeping guy otherwise your room will not be cleaned regularly or on proper way
