Not onset in prices ,racism about Egyptian guests refuse to give them same price for other foreign nationalities although the Arabian and Egyptian guests not use alcohol so they will cost the hotel less They insist to take more than Expedia rate by 160 dollars per two nights

Untrained and unprofessional stuff
Unprofessional treatment of the stuff specially from the pool bar manager , he served a coffee for a foreign guest but when I asked he said not before 10:00 am in addition to his bad treatment and being interfere of what is not his business at all like why you are setting with ur friend here , Don't set here . Like it was very surprising for me and I made a complaint but no one contacted me till now .

Een vies hotel met veel insecten ook .
Ik heb een kamer voor 4 personen gereserveerd en betaald maar van wegens drukte krijg ik een kamer voor 3 personen ,stroomstoring vaak en lang .vieze kamer, slechte schoomaakdienst en slechte dienstverlening vieze WC's,drankjes en water waren warm en kapote apparaten.......etc
