“Housekeeping swept hallway at 8 am on Sunday. Three maids hacked in the hallway for 10 min right outside my door at 930 am until I opened the door and then they all went to work. Doors slam shut constantly and way too loudly. Could always hear people in hallway and in next rooms and above us. Floors and walls are paper thin, no sound proofing at all. I will never stay here again. Even a Hampton inn or a third rate hotel is better than this.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their Face And a cheerful attitude. Our door lock was broken maintenance came and fixed it with a pleasant attitude no issues. Our check in was early and smooth. Housekeeping was very polite. The kitchen staff was very helpful and apologetic our eggs had shells in them ( side note) yes they use fresh eggs not box❤️. All the characters were so fun and playful. All the watersides were available at different times. We had an amazing……
