One of the worst everPosted Oct 17, 2017
Pros: The only good thing to come out of this experience is to see the look on people’s faces when I tell them this bizarre tale.
Cons: Almost everythind
Location: Very rural setting but very cose to the interstate
I spent years traveling for business and have had over 1,000 hotel stays. This hotel may be tied for the worst ever. It was booked it for the express purpose of getting some overnight rest during an 875 mile drive. I was by myself and since the rate was very low, so were my expectations. How could I go wrong? I didn’t expect new. Only clean and in good repair (the stay came with a free Continental breakfast!!) Well, the facility was really run down. The room was being renovated. Walls had been stripped of wallpaper. The carpet looked dirty. I could not get over the feeling that the comforter hadn’t been in a washing machine for a long, long time. The gap between the door and the threshold was big enough to allow access to a snake; perhaps a small rodent. The toilet barely had any water in it and almost no pressure. I tossed and turned all night wondering if I would get some disease or affliction from using the pillows. I spent a sleepless night anxious for daybreak. I could always sleep in a rest area. Continental breakfast was coffee, packaged pastry, corn flakes and fruit loops. I tried the cornflakes. Styrofoam bowl and a plastic spoon for the cereal. No lids for the really bad coffee. When I asked if they had milk for the cereal the manager told me it was in the mini refrigerator next to me. It was a dormitory fridge and was so small I didn’t even spot it. The milk was in a gallon jug and there was about a quart left.

DirtyPosted Oct 15, 2017
Typical roadside motel with no regard for customer satisfaction, since most are just passing by to never come back. Very dirty place.
Thank you hotel.comPosted Sep 4, 2017 on Hotels
The lady that checked us in was the kindness and most helpful. I discovered I had booked and paid for the room a week ahead and needed that night. The customer service at hotel.com and the hotels clerk were awesome to keep me calm at a time I just needed the bed. If you know what I mean. Thank you for making my error and small detail you took care of immediately. Thank you again

Ok for the pricePosted Jun 22, 2017 on Hotels
It was fine for the price. Just for one night stay on road with me and another guy friend. Not good for families or long stays.
