"I have stayed twice in this hotel already, 1st time was a business trip, and the second time with my family. Room is spacious perfect for us traveling with kids. The location is excellent so fair warning, prepare your wallet since there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area. I also recommend availing of the breakfast. It's really good with a variety of food options. "

"The staff were very nice. English was a problem but we worked through it. Buffet breakfast was more than expected and we enjoyed it very much. You could not ask for a better location. Minutes from a metro, and 5 minutes from the Bund. Our room was comfortable and very clean. "

"Lovely large room with separate bath and shower. Great breakfast on the second level. Close to People’s Park and the Shanghai Museum and the central walkway down to the Bund. Only a five minute walk from People Square station if you’re on Line 2 metro from Pudong Airport. The swimming pool was closed during our stay for refurbishment so worth checking if this is important to you but the gym is excellent."
