Filthy rooms

Nice Hotel for a Reasonable Price

Pros: There's an elevator! No hoofing it up stairs, thank heavens.
Location: I was selling handmade goods at Smallville Comic Con, but there seems to be a lot of family-oriented things to do in Hutchinson, like the Planetarium.
This is the second time I've stayed at this particular Days Inn. It continues to be reasonably priced. The room and public areas were all clean and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty decent (they've got make-your-own-waffles, biscuits, gravy, little cheese omelettes, cereal, toast, bagels, little danishes, pretty decent coffee, and juice). The staff was all friendly and polite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hutchinson.

Hotel in Hutchinson, Kansas

Pleased overall...irritating that there were no cars in parking lot and I flew in at 10 am and tried to check in at 1:45, but was told check in was not until 3. Also need to keep both front doors unlocked. They rotated them through out the day, so never knew which door would open and always tried the one locked one which was frustrating.

we apologize for the doors being locked at different times. our hotel is situated in such a way as the kansas wind create a windtunnel effect . in such we were trying to minimize accidents to guests and damage to property by keeping one or the other opposing doors locked as the wind causes them to fly open. we have a posted check in time to allow housekeeping to ready the rooms for the next arriving guest.

Pros: comfy bed, nice staff
I was pleasantly surprised at the days inn I stayed at. I stayed there because it was cheaper than the hotel chain I normally stay at. but the staff was very nice. my room was clean and roomy. My bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on, I was very surprised and pleased. I rate this hotel well. It was easy to find.

We will not stay in this motel again. Smelled like smoke, TV channels were in another language, room was dirty.

im sorry you were dissapointed in your stay. i was not made aware of the problems with your room. we would have gladly remedied this situation if we were made aware of it. our telivisions are used by many guests so it probably was a minor change in the menu function. we would love to be given a chance to reearn your trust in our business

Nice stay

Had a great visit with family for holidays. Days Inn Hutchinson worked out perfectly.
