Friendly staff. Maybe it was just bad luck, but when we arrived the hot tub was closed for maintenance and the waffle machine was broke as well. Just little things, but the hotel cost a little more than competitors so I was expecting more. Should of saved my money.

The hot tub was cold and I let Chastity at the front desk know. She had someone look at it and they had it up and running right away. It was so lovely!

They didn’t come clean the room the two days I stayed there I asked 2 times for someone to come at least get the trash and no one didn’t didn’t give us any more new towels had to go ask for some

I moved to this Expedia property after the last Expedia property from earlier in the week had many many safety issues. This place is a top tier hotel, and I have no regrets for leaving the other hotel in this town and coming here. If you are in Hutchinson, Kansas, you need to stay at this hotel.

I booked a King Bed. They put me in a room with two doubles. I refused. Then they put me in a handicap room with a king bed. They said "you booked third party" as the excuse. The breakfast is highly processed garbage in plastic bags. So the lesson is hotels will treat you bad if you use a third party like Hotels.com which is sad.

Wedding weekend
Daughter got married over the weekend the we got a king suite it was huge the pull out bed was a little small but my son said it was comfortable. We did get to go to the pool we were the only one there so that was nice. Every time we left and returned the staff always said welcome back can’t really complain too much as we were kinda busy with wedding stuff but next time we are in town we are staying here at Fairfield Inn.

We had a great stay, staff was nice. I thought that the breakfast was excellent by free hotel standards, lots of options and it was fresh and clean in the dining area. Only small negative would be that I think that the hot tub could have used a bit more water. It seemed like the water level was low, it made it very splashy if you had on the jets.

Fix the caulking around shower
The room was very nice, quiet and clean. The bathroom shower could use some cleaning and updating. The caulk around the shower was discolored and looked dirty and maybe moldy. That should be fixed. Room 418

The bathrooms had missing/loose tiles. Too much chlorine in the pool. The amount of chlorine was so strong the air burnt your eyes. Swimming area was very run down and dirty. Not relaxing at all
