Things that were advertised were false. No breakfast, no coffee pot in room. Very rude staff. Completely unreachable after 10PM. Booked 2 nights, but left and went to a very nice room elsewhere the 2nd night. Completely worth losing the money just to not have to stay there the second night. Do not recommend, and we will never stay there again.

rooms were somewhat clean . no ice buckets. conditioner, soap was old. cigarette butts littered the grounds. a lot of broken or cracked bathroom fixtures. cigarette burns on the bedspread

Not a whole lot to like. When checking in, the receptionist is using her phone to translate Spanish to English. 1 of our 2 rooms the door would not lock. We were told the lock needed new batteries and that they would have them the next day. So if we left the room anyone could have just helped themselves into our room. They finally gave us another room. My mother was staying in one of the rooms. During the night she had killed 2 cockroaches. One was in the tub, the other came out of the baseboard going up the wall by the air conditioner. Yes, the facility is old but no excuse for them not to vacuum the carpets in the halls. Overall, not satisfied. A lot could be done to improve.

Horrible. Room door didn't lock, entey door didn't lock either, room window left open so it was musty as it was a rainy day. Bathroom had dirty towel left on sink next to a nasty pocket knife. Staff was unfriendly and own hung up when we reached out to him.

Went to Hutchinson for work and decided to stay at the Hutchi Bell. I have reduced mobility due to a poor knee and asked the staff if I could get a bottom floor specifically because I can't climb stairs very well. The staff was very understanding and offered me a nice room with a pool view. The room was cozy and clean. Definetely staying again in the future.

Not very busy. Not staffed overnight. Wifi works well. In Hutchinson, this is a big plus. The standard is wifi works only on android. Your computer is dead.

This hotel is not really what it looks like in the photos, it’s run down,pool had an odor,could tell the rooms have been smoked in,no elevator for my elderly grandfather,sketchy people staying there,trouble with the key cards,bathroom door got locked from the inside and they literally used a card to pop it open..Not impressed.It was not the place for us.

TV/internet was constantly going out. No room cleaning. No room amenities-cups, ice bucket, no front desk personnel until 9 a.m. each day to try to exchange towels. We left by 8 each morning.

Stairs and hallways were filthy. Who knows whencthey were vacuumed last. Terrible first impression. Im not fancy. I just need a clean place to sleep and take a shower. Thos place has went down hill. A friend who lived down the street said they think people live in here. And theres a car parked on the north side woth trashbags for windows, that has sat there for months. Walked across the street to mcdonalds.......dont wesr sandals or your feet will be covered in stickers from a 4 foot patch of grass. Clerk had her boyfriend hanging out at the desk with her. Then she was out front smoking. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for a double room. E night and room never cleaned or refreshed. I dont need my bed made every day, bit come get me clean towels. The ONLY washcloth had a black stain on it. Shower curtain torn at top and barely hanging on. Curtain tod nearly out of the wall. Tv stand with half of the finish gone, which is a huge infection control issue. Corners with dust, rocks. Not feeling very clean here . Never again. Its really went down hill

Terrible Customer service. Unclean facility.
When I arrived I wanted 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to find someone to check in. I had called earlier in the day to let them know my flight was delayed so i wouldn't be in until after midnight. They said that would be ok. There were people that rented rooms by the week and they kept telling us where to find someone but we never could. Another customer was having the same problem. We both finally left around 1:30-2 a.m. and found other hotels to stay at. In the end I probably found a much cleaner and safer stay for my weekend.

The computers were down when we arrived. Took 30 minutes to check in. Our room had no air conditioning, and smelled of smoke, I felt uncomfortable and scared to spend the night here. I left, letting the front desk know of my discomfort and asked for a refund. After calling Expedia they refused my refund saying I didn’t check out.

Driving to Indiana from Arizona. Tired, drove 12 hours. Prebooked while driving. Arrived - manager left for evening, clerk couldn't speak English or check us in. Said our double bed rooms the air conditioning doesn't work so wanted us to share a king room. I said no. Did get manager on phone. I asked for money back. Did not even stay. I am sure the rooms do not look like their picture.

No one at desk when I arrived at 11:45 pm after long day of driving. No signage that indicated hours of desk operation, but bystanders in foyer stated the desk ‘closed at 11 pm’. Left voice message twice on hotel phone number, no response - left hotel after waiting 45 minutes and stayed at different hotel after talking with hotel.com via phone call.

I didnt like that they dont have towels or washcloths. I dont like that they shut the lighting down in the lobby. It was sure an unsafe feeling going to my vehicle with lights iff and some guy hanging around outside the front door. I changed my mind and got my items from car the next day.

Room lacked coffee service, no water cups,no kleenex,shower curtain brackets loose so curtain hung in a U-shape (open at both ends about 12-15", spigot on 24/7 lobby coffee pot didn't release coffee, no sugar, few cups & creamer, no breakfast,no guest laundry, outside door into lobby couldn't be closed, sat unrepaired next to opening, good bed,pillows,curtains. Abandoned car in the parking lot. Lobby unattended until bell rung was dark in early am. 2 young women were the only staff I saw, seemingly 24/7. Few guests during my unfortunate 3 nite stay.NOT RECOMMENDED

The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. You could tell they were remolding the place. Our room was clean but there was not a coffee pot, blow dryer, tissue or smoke detector. Also they do not have wash clothes & only 2 small towels per room.

Hotel is conveniently located and easy to access. Close to restaurants, fast food, service stations and interstate. However, we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, air conditioner was not working, TV was not working, no towels in the room and the hair dryer was taken off the wall. No soap, conditioner or lotion supplied. Staff was friendly but this place needs some repairs.
