Christmas Vacation to see kids & grandkids

Pros: Staff, room, cleanliness, amenities, location
Cons: Not much
Location: Near everything you need if you're staying in Hutto, a growing small town.
Friendly and very accommodating staff, especially Nicole & Connor at front desk. Clean, comfortable, nice indoor pool (could have been heated, though not freezing cold), nice hot tub, great breakfast set up, very clean and hospitable.

Clean environment all around from the entrance of the hotel to the room. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Nice hotel!

Pros: Great location! Close to everything you would need but without the busy Austin traffic.
Location: There is a Walgreen's on the corner and restaurants (Sonic, Chili's, etc) within a couple of blocks. Fluegersville is nearby and has a movie theatre.
The hotel is new so the rooms smell fresh and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly. The hot breakfast was a nice perk. We were there for a couple of days and had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Cons: parking when pulling a small trailer.

Noisiest hotel in the world!!!!

People washing clothes at 1.30am and putting boots in the dryer! You hear every last noise from everybody in the hotel. Would never stay there again!

Home move intermediate stay

Considering I waited until the last minute AND it was SXSW opening weekend, i feel fortune fortunate to have found a room at all. The staff members were polite and helpful, and the bed felt like heaven after a very long day of packing up our home, but the hotel property was meh at best. The lobby was utilitarian, the wallpaper/carpet combo on the second floor reminded me of a bad Alice in Wonderland trippy experience - swirly metallic geometric wallpaper that seemed to move even when you stand still. And, almost a deal killer, our room had a distinct methane smell. We asked to move to another room but the hotel was sold out. The girl at the front desk offered febreeze-type sprays, which helped a little, but we ultimately were just too tired to care. Good thing the bed felt so wonderful!

Not what I expected!

Pros: Leaving for home.
Cons: Reservations, payment policies that match up with the Expedia website. Facility management.
This Hotel experience took a turn for disappointment at check-in. The room type I asked or was not available. I selected the pay later option but the manager did not allow me to pay cash. There was only only one luggage cart and it was always in use. Minor issues - maybe for some but I was disappointed. The Hotel staff were very nice and the room was clean and functional.

All good, friendly, clean, the shower head was broken and we managed and advised the staff as we left so they could tend to it
