A service Apartment, with not so good service

My first impression was the reception, it was rather noisy when I entered the premises. I don't appreciate the fact that the hotel staff is impressed in conversation among themselves while I am waiting to be checked in.
The room boys were not very responsive, it was hard to communicate with them ( I think there was a language barrier, don't blame the room boys).
The room was decent for a night's stay. Good bed linen, the air-conditioning was good, the overall ambiance was good. The bathroom was not up to the mark, because it was not clean and not maintained well. The taps were leaky and the WC was not cleaned properly, its not enough to stick the sanitized label without sanitizing.
The food was atrocious to say the least. For someone going on a business trip, its the least one would expect, the food to be good. I was very disappointed at the quality of the food.
