comfortable stay with good breakfast

although rooms and bathroom had some problem with leaks and untidyness, but overall the stay was good , i stayed only for overnight. food was good.

Bad Stay

AC to Shower head, nothing works in Suite room. Horrible stay.

The hotel is very nice . The staff was wonderful. No matter of in the morning or evening we had wonderful service. The breakfast was also very good every morning. The housekeeping could be better . The first night we had to request new linens in our room due to coffee stains on the bed spread and some other food stain on the sheets . They were very apologetic and changed them right away . You also have to ask for extra towels as they only give two in the room even though we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite . Other than those 2 things I give the hotel 5 stars for the service ,food,and comfort .

Pros: Their restaurants, the spa.
Cons: Faster check in
Location: Not much
Took quite some time to give me the room in the morning - and finally upgraded me to the suite since the booked rooms were not available (nice!) The hotel is tucked away inside a gated community near ISB - so if you are one of those who likes to go out in the evenings to explore the city - this is not for you. The breakfast (included with the room) - is quite good. So is their chicken biriyani from room service, and beware the portion is good enough for two!

Good ambience but unclean

The hotel is at perfect location in gachibowli. Overall ambience is good but when we went there for the first time, it was not cleaned we could see some dirty stains left by the previous guests on the bed linen, rest rooms etc We complained to the front desk and manager and asked them to good it, and then left for our business. However when we returned at 11.40 at night we still found it in same state and we escalated it. Then room service got involved and they cleaned the whole room at midnight. My both kids were tired and sleepy and we had to wait till 12.20 for the cleanup. That was a bit of torture but apart from that the rest of stay was ok.
