Good property bad service

Room was worth the price. However, food options are limited, and prices are very high. Service is very bad. It takes minimum 40 minutes to deliver room service. There will always be something missing in the order, which will take another 20 minutes to come (read cold food). Minibar is missing, but is mentioned in the note.Tableware was bad and chipped. The hotel has changed the check in and check out timing but has not been updated anywhere. It is away from the city and taxis are a pain to find, and are expensive.
