Disappointing

Pros: The restaurant inside the hotel was not fancy but the food was excellent. very clean and tasty. The staffs were good and polite.
Cons: The rooms need a redecoration and serious renovation.The pictures need an update on expedia to provide right information to avoid disappointment.
Location: There are restaurants near by.. But we took the tuk tuk to go to other places.
Firstly the hotel name was different...the given name here is the group name and we had trouble finding it. The appearance of the hotel is totally different than the pictures...to an extend that we thought we had come to the wrong place. We entered the room and it was dirty. The basin in the bathroom was extremely dirt, the toilet was not cleaned well and had thick stains in it, the bed and curtain and the chairs had stains in them, the doors were old and had patch of wood to cover the area of a replaced door knob, the room was dull and looked extremely different from the pictures and what we had actually paid for, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I took the picture of all this and have them as a proof.I immediatly asked them to change my room, they showed me 2 other rooms on the same floor but they were even worse. The wifi had user and password that needed changing but works well. There were no free shuttle to and from the airport. It comes with a charge of Rs.800. When I showed them the information that was mentioned on expedia, I was simply told that it is a wrong information given to me by Expedia. The photos and information on Expedia needs to be changed to avoid disappointments...at least people would not have a different expectation. I would suggest expedia looks into this. Its my second hotel in one month with wrong information and outdated images.

Pros: It is situated in middle of core business area.
Cons: Food Quality & its presentation needs improvement.
Location: The hotel is in wholesale market of specs/opticians. If turn left from hotel, you can find gujju area.

Worst stay condition in the room, ac not working , pathetic bed sheets in a deluxe ac room. even the floor carpet was worn out and clearly visible. they keep separate rooms specially for online customers.

While transport facilities of this hotel are satisfactory, hygiene and wifi are two facilities that need improvement. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and the bedsheets gave off a funky smell. The wifi is absolutely terrible. I checked out after one night though originally I had booked 4 nights Wouldn't stay here myself or recommend anyone else to stay here.

Pros: The Staff is very co-operative and the Cleanliness is also there regularly
Cons: ACs should be in an proper working condition with proper cooling effect and the Breakfast variety is needed same idly dosa menu should change
Location: Try the Mutton Biryani nearby Known as Bahar Restaurant located Bashir Baug.
i had to change my room because of the Non-Functioning AC which was not cooling and also the Travel desk should Know that when they book a car with AC then they should not provide a car with an Blower only which i promptly got to the Notice of the Hotel Staff needs improvement in this area.....

nice hotel

Pros: Mr. Seemadhri was very cooperative and guided me properly.
Cons: pls ensure proper hot water at all times
I had a very good experience with them.They picked me up on time from the airport and overall made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast spread was also very nice n tasty. Will definitely stay there next time in hyderabad.
