"This hotel was just acceptable. The rooms were filled with light and A/C control panels that emitted bright light all night and made sleeping difficult. The room came with a can of bug spray, so they clearly have an issue there. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Their shuttle driver called us before our scheduled time and asked why were weren't there yet, which was also unpleasant. If you just need a hotel near the airport, then fine, but otherwise this place ia a solid meh."

"It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before. "

"Our stay was wonderful, it was clean. It was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. I am a VIP platinum member, but received no perks at all. My one complaint was breakfast was garbage! Though overall it was a beautiful place. I would highly recommend over any other place in the area."
