“Communication was great, and it was easy to park and do the self check-in. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we could need. Breakfast was excellent, including the delicious home-made cake selection. It was so nice sitting in the garden to enjoy the breakfast. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger but we were staying in the middle of a heatwave and the extra fan provided meant we didn't have much trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again when……

“大床是两个单人床拼成，中间有个缝会一直掉下去，很不舒适。房间面积本很小了，房间内还多了一个加床，所以更小。沐浴间也特别小，要小心翼翼。早餐也很一般。不是很推荐”

“The staff was fantastic. Our flight got canceled so we needed somewhere to crash. The hotel is old and not updated, AC was not very good and it was hot in Florence. It got us through the night. The location is not great if looking for convenience, there is nothing really around and near highway”
