Lovely stay, great staff, pools a bit tired.
Nice 4 night stay at end of the season. Staff are super helpful and can’t do enough to help. Faculties are good, deluxe room was nicely finished and spacious. My only real observation is the pool areas particularly the roof area are looking tired- the wooden planks have a lot of loose boards and quite a few are damaged and could give splinters Hopefully this is planned for their closed period as definitely needs attention. Also need new cushions on all the pool seating as looking worn out and a bit dirty.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the marina and Santa Eulalia town. Breakfast was lovely but it did lack some dining options but that might have been as it was the end of the season: great choice of sunbeds and the rooftop area and pools were stunning

Would return for spa use only
This hotel has an amazing spa but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our suite- two single beds pushed together isn’t acceptable for a suite price- the beds split in night so a couples stay was made less enjoyable. The 2nd day the room wasn’t refilled of the minibar or products were not tidied up in bathroom. Not a great selection of wines. Food was nice in bar downstairs as was the breakfast but we felt let down by beds and housekeeping.

The place is tired and run down. Feels dirty. Totally different to the website cxx and completely overpriced!!! Food was ok l/not so it’s usual standard. Waste of money. The front desk were helpful and a big thank you to Alexis for helping us find some sort of vegan food!

I liked the gardens around the hotel, the cleanliness and the breakfasts were excellent. I didn’t like the location as there was loud noise from a nearby boat repair shed for most of the day except Sundays. Very slow lifts with one always out of order. Rooftop restaurant (Peruvian) was limited food wise and was the only one open in the evenings. Rooftop pool area often closed for private functions.

Absolutely amazing experience. We received the warmest welcome from the wonderful staff at reception and a glass of bubbles when we arrived. They were all so friendly and helpful when it came to asking for recommendations of where to eat and booking taxis. The breakfast buffet was out of this world and the rooftop pool with amazing views was spectacular. We could have watched the boats come and go all day long. We didn't want to leave. They even arranged for a picnic breakfast to be delivered to our room the morning we checked out as we had an early flight to catch.

Very good hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and had nice view overlooking the harbour. Rooftop restaurant Maymanta is a must go, very good food!! We will definitely come back here!

Really good stay, well located hotel and the spa is a real highlight (we used it every day as it was not the best weather). Rooms spacious although the toilet was within the main bathroom, which was not ideal. Breakfast was generally very good, lots of choice at the buffet, although the coffee service was a little haphazard, often had to re-order our drinks

Second visit, still fabulous and will return
Our second time visiting this hotel and we were not disappointed. The rooftop really has the wow factor, with sweeping views over Santa Eulalia marina. Well located for local restaurants. Only minor comments would be service at breakfast was a bit clumsy - queues to be seated, dirty tables, juice and coffee orders taking more than 20 minutes to arrive. Also the pools are absolutely freezing, the rooftop one in particular no-one went deeper than their waist for the whole week we were there.

Paid a lot of money to stay here and have left feeling rather disappointed. The service is terrible at this hotel, ordered several drinks whilst by the pool which never arrived. Waited 45 mins to take a food order in their premium restaurant on the rooftop one of the evenings, I complained and wasn’t even offered an apology other than there is a large group in the bar and we haven’t got round to your drinks! Really!! Not good enough. Lunch was no different, on the two days we ate there it took forever to take order, get drinks, get the bill. Really disappointed and won’t be staying again.

Very clean but not enough staff to offer the service you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The reception staff dealt with my complaint very efficiently and were very professional and understanding. We were provided with compensation which was gratefully received. I guess all teething problems post COVID and I have no doubt the hotel will be back on form soon!

Very disappointed as my main holiday only to find that out of the 10 days two Saturdays wedding took place meaning that the infinity pool and bar had to close earlier. This Saturday was by far the worst as we received a letter in the room on Friday night to say the pool would be open 11.00-16.00 instead at 1.30! A member of staff cane to say it was closing at 2.00 so they could set up. Why should I be penalised having paid for my holiday and this was part and parcel of the package. If I had know that weddings took place I would never have booked the hotel. It appears that once you have your guests money you do not care. Also the party went on till 1.45 with music blasting out and I was the other side oh the venue. I rang yo complain at 12.30 and was told by reception that it would be finished at 1.00 this was clearly not the case ... also workmen working in the garden outside room at12.30am on Sunday morning.... It’s an absolute shambles and will be emailing the group MD

This is an excellent hotel, it was the perfect choice for our 5 day trip to Ibiza. Staff were so good, always happy to help and great service from start to finish with the entire team. Our room was nice with a good size private balcony, really comfortable bed and a huge mirror for getting ready. Lots of wardrobe space, fridge, seating area etc. We booked the Premier room. Molten Brown toiletries which we liked. Water at turn down service. The hotel gym was perfect for us, with an outdoor decking area and everything you need for a decent holiday workout - we didn’t get time to visit the spa unfortunately but it looked really good too. The food was one of the best parts - breakfast was so good, such great choice and again staff and service were excellent. The food is light and healthy and modern. Great coffee. I would go as far as to say it’s among the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Eating outdoors was just so lovely in October! Poolside areas - perfect. 2 pools downstairs for families/children but very relaxed atmosphere and next to the lovely shaded bar and eating area outdoors. Upstairs on the roof, the infinity pool & lounge/bar area with the rooftop bar and chilled dance music really was the icing on the cake. Adults only on the roof, huge sun beds and fluffy white towels, great drinks menu. Then there are amazing views over sea and marina and coast, we can’t wait to go back to this hotel. We loved it!

This should be rated a 4* Hotel
We felt welcome upon arrival and the check in process at the desk went well only as we entered the room we were not happy with the size. It is a bit misleading at the suite we had was long but quite narrow and the measurements they provide includes the balcony too so be wary. They were helpful in helping us move to a bigger suite but the upgrade was charged extra per night and we had to give the suite back after 3 nights as wasp rebooked. The management team could be much improved as we found everything was disorganised for example our suite was cleaned at various times in the day and a few times we found no one came until we rang and asked. soaps were not changed regularly. Room service was lengthy. Despite it claims to be child friendly the menu options were very poor and limited there is a smaller pool but it was freezing cold so our child did not even want to know. They have a nice kids club which is the only accommodating thing for children. Be wary that the spa is not permitted for any child under 12 years of age which is not mentioned anywhere. the cleanliness of the rooms generally are average. The breakfast is also not the best.You can tell they do not use the best ingredients. They staff are generally friendly but language was a bit of a barrier hence frustrating at times when they would completely miss-understand. Overall I would certainly not rate this hotel 5* it's more of a 4* and I'd say it is over-rated.

Breakfast and the room were both very good, the sunloungers were comfortable, the soft drink pricing of €5 for a coke and $4 for a water was a bit steep

The property was 5 star and the service we received from all the hotel staff was amazing and they were all very attentive. The only downside for this hotel is there is no "Plan B" when the roof bar terrace is closed for health and safety reasons when too windy or weather makes it uncomfortable meaning any guests who wish to have a drink in the hotel or a night cap on returning from a night out have no option. Personally I think the downstairs bar should be accessible in the event of the roof terrace being closed.

Clean. Nice decor. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with easy access to a lot of nice restaurants. Lunch by the pool was excellent. No negatives. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break.
