staff was very rude. No service at the pool. We had a paid reservation for 5 days and had to return to the USA for a family death 24 hours after we arrived and I explained that to the front desk when I checked out - not one word of condolence and nothing - not even a thanks for staying here. I lost 5 days of money and they will turn the room and rerent it - the staff was very rude.

Good for the price. I was upgraded and we were by the water. The rooms were dated and had minimal plugs in them… but overall walkable to good restaurants and really easy to get a cab.

I have been staying at Hotel Argos for several years and it’s always an excellent option. Close to Marina Botafoch & Ibiza Old Town, good local restaurants and locals beach. Good clean and big rooms, bathroom and a warm welcome. Thanks Argos, I’ll be back!

****AVOID**** Arrived to hear the room opposite we’re having a party during the day with loud music and doors banging every couple of minutes. The police were called in the end! Asked to be moved rooms as it was too noisy and was told that it had been sorted. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking. Paid for 3 nights and left after 1 as this wasn’t the impression I was given by Expedia when I booked.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Stayed early May and it was relatively quiet. Exceptionally clean. Good food in buffet restaurant. Book a sea view room. It’s worth it

Easter break
Friendly staff on check in, sorting keycard not working and helpful storing cases and arranging taxi on checking out. Short stay over Easter, hotel perfectly adequate for our needs. Some public areas slightly dated but all clean. Enjoyed time at the pool and the beach views - easy trip across the bay to Elviessa on the city boats although their timetable changed often!

Beautiful view
Very good location and great view. If you want a spot on the beach then those is a good place. About a 20 minute walk to Ibiza Town. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful Corner on Talamanca Beach
The hotel is pretty and has a lot of potential. I just didn’t like the noise above my room due to the fact that was on the lower level floor. Early mornings and evenings with the push push of the chairs on my head!

Our room was lovely, clean and white, the hotel was clean but in general it’s rather dated and there was nothing welcoming about the pool area, also the sunbeds were dreadful. The little bay that the hotel was on was lovely, location was ok because we hired a car. Staff were pleasant, but perhaps not always as helpful as you would hope. Would I go back there, no, I felt it was overpriced for the standard of hotel and think it probably received its 4**** many years ago and should now only be graded with 3***. As for the fitness room - disgusting, dangerous, dated, we actually could not believe they even stated they had one.

The location was brilliant for both the beach and the harbour in the old town area. Rooms fantastic really modern and clean. Abit disappointed with the reception, dining area looked very untidy and needs a refresh very dated. The outside pool are was not very welcoming and not much room to get around so we just went to the beach to be honest. Staff not very friendly apart from one young lady who was lovely at checkin who was lovely.

The hotel is in a very good location with a nice view across Talamanca Bay and only a few minutes walk to the ferry for Ibiza town. The room was a good size, clean and well-equipped with a nice balcony. The staff were generally friendly and helpful although the maids liked to shout to each other in the corridors in the morning which wasn't great if you fancy a sleep-in!

Property is as advertised. Nice pool area. About a 20-25 minute walk to Ibiza Center or 10 minute ferry ride. Was on the floor above the restaurant, so would hear noise. Cleaning staff is loud in the morning and wakes you up. Otherwise and okay 3 star at best stay.

A Great Location and a Top Hotel
Amazing customer service fro Vincent; one of the day managers. O top hotel right in the beach and close to all the restaurants there, but also just 5 mins away from the marina where you can get the water bus pinto town. Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean, pools was excellent, beach beds and parasols free! Lovely views from the balcony on the seaward side, late check out available with even later shower facilities if needed but really it was Vincent who made all the difference; he was top class - thank you!
