Not worthy for the money at all . It looks like they don’t even change mattress and duvet after cleaning .. we had worst time and no one responded properly.

The image given online is absolutely false its dirty and falling apart and just loud and feels like a butlins resort the food is awful and I booked through expedia so I couldn't cancel as soon as I got there I regretted it if you are looking for basic all inclusive no frills perhaps however this is just really misleading advertising and for the price I really regret it and wish I could get my money back and go back to where Iwas befre-outsite is an amazing simple clean quiet hotel and exceeded my expectations this was just a horrible experience and if you bookit I advise do not book the non refundable option as I feel many will regret unless yourexpectations are already quite low- very dissapointing however the staff were really nice- not the kitchen staff

Our stay at Cala Martina was lovely, for what we paid we didn’t expect 5* and I think that’s what people expect sometimes! Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely garden area with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs, the bed was made everyday apart from when the hippy market was on. The only niggle we had about our room was that the hot water tank was buzzing all night and was pretty annoying but that was our only complaint with the room, it had everything we needed for our stay! We arrived during the day and struggled to find our room as the complex is huge haha! So if you arrive at night it will probably be a struggle to find your room but I’m sure someone would help all the staff were friendly. The pool didn’t open until 10am which we thought was really strange, we’ve never experienced having to wait for the pool to open! Would be better if it opened earlier. There was plenty of sunbeds, beautiful view, the pool was very warm but it’s not the hotels fault, just due to the very hot weather! Food was ok, we weren’t expecting 5*, it was average and did us for our stay but we like to eat out on an evening anyway so just had breakfast and used the pool snack bar. Breakfast was quite repetitive but had ok choice, they didn’t do croissants for our last couple of days so limited you to just cooked breakfast which was a shame, and the milk for cereal was warm so didn’t really want to have cereal! DO NOT BOOK THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL! We unfortunately booked this place for our honeymoon. We arrived to the hotel at night after flying. The hotel had no running water with other customers complaining about having not having water for HOURS. We had to wheel our luggage’s down unclear roads with no lighting to try and even find our room. When we told the front desk that we were going to leave to switch hotels, he immediately apologized offering to tell Expedia that we should be refunded because he couldn’t do it on his end. When we left to go to our new hotel, we got on 3 way with this hotel and Expedia- the front desk lied saying the water works fine and we were lying. Expedia also did not back us up even though we have videos of no running water. We ended up staying at the Grand Pavilion and had an amazing rest of our trip! Never was refunded for this crappy hotel!!!!!!!

I was afraid before our arrival because there has been more then a few bad reviews. Though I will admit at first I was too impressed, we did overall enjoy our stay here. Our room was located near the tennis court area and was quite large and clean. It was just a short walk up to the pool which we spent a lot of time hanging around and enjoying the lunch menu and ice-creams for all-inclusive. There is a lot of seating area around the pool and the staff were always very friendly. They did offer some play time for kids and aqua fitness sometimes. The main restaurant we only had breakfast at once which I would say was good. Though we did have most of our dinners here which always had a large assortment of choices and desserts. Overall I would stay it was good enough. Every Wednesday the hotel host the Hippie Market which offers a huge range of items to buy. The only downside is for actual guest it’s a nightmare to walk around. It was very annoying to weave through the crowd to get to pool and have lunch. The hotel is not on the beach or have water access but does have a place on the beach (Cala Martina) which is around the corner 6-10min walk max that offers some food and drinks with all-inclusive. The hotel is also close to the Es Canar Ferry which you can take to different beaches and into Ibiza Town. This hotel location though is not close to Ibiza town or any clubs. Cost us roughly €40 for a cab from the airport.

The room was good size for family but was quite noise as was nearby the pool where the entertaining goes through the night. We asked a few times to change as we Gita a baby but didn’t happened. Also they said was free parking on the website but actually we need to pay for it.

It's ok...
I would say don't be put off by the bad reviews. We booked 2 rooms - both same price and very different standard! We were disappointed that our rooms were not close together (parents in one and children all be it 18 and 14 in the other), not a huge problem due to their ages but could be an issue for others. The hotel is more a complex with many buildings set across the site and the place is ok... the team work hard but the standard is fitting with a 2 star, lots of little things not working well such as the flush on the toilet breaking in our room, reported it but not even attempted to be repaired. Doors don't close properly, Children's door lock broke and that was sorted immediately. So I guess order of priority. The entertainment team work hard and we appreciated their efforts while we were in the complex. Food was really nice, lots of choice and something different everyday. The show cooking had a lot of variety on offer - no complaints at all with the food. Plenty of space around the pool on the days we used it and always a sun shade available if we wanted one. The views were lovely and the little hut serving drinks on the beach was welcomed in the heat. It was the best value 'hotel' we found for a last minute holiday and it we made the most of it. I would go again as by comparison to other hotel costs, it was good value for money. PS the fresh water from the machines tasted a bit off to me so I avoided it but all the other drinks were great!

Good value for money
Generally speaking the hotel was good. There are some drawbacks that could be easily improved as the food options. Although few days were decent, in general were a bit poor. Other than that, staff was always very nice and room clean. Facilities were good.

Apprehensive prior to arrival but worries were gone as soon as I arrived. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and efficient and couldn't do anymore for you. The facilities, whilst some are in need of modernising, are plentiful and all you require for an enjoyable family break.

Awful hotel! We arrived at 4pm and did not get a room until 7pm. Check in is from 2pm!! They blamed the flooding as several people were complaining that their rooms had been flooded, along with checking guests into rooms that already had people in. When we got to our room, it was infested with spiders. Their solution was to hoover the many spiders, however I refused and asked to move to their sister hotel which was down the road & several people had been moved there. They couldn’t move us so we had no option but to ask for a refund. They refuse to refund us and after another hour, we was given another room. This room was dark and miserable. The hotel was rammed and the food was average. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Es Canar and the hippie market is held at the hotel on Wednesdays, therefore it’s rammed and I’d recommend not checking in or out on a Wednesday. I would go out for the day if you can (after you’ve seen the hippie market as that is worth looking around). The staff were useless and there was queues at reception that were around 30 mins - 1 hour. We decided not to stay at the hotel after our first night as at 6pm, the hotel ran out of water (hot and cold). All the guests had gone to reception to explain there was no water as there is no phone in the rooms. There was a lot of unhappy guests. It took 2 hours for the water to work again and then the morning we checked out, they ran out of water again. I couldn’t get out of the hotel quicker if I tried. Awful!

I can say this is one of the worse places i have stayed in ibiza we had to eat out every night due to nothing edible to eat apart from bread so lots of extra money in an all inclusive Staff didn't even know there was a bus stop opposite and just laughed at us and spoke amoung them self in spainish One pro cleaning staff were really good came and cleaned every day Couldnt even sit by pool overloaded with people

You get what you pay for
Overall it was good value for what we paid. We went all inclusive but the food isn't great so we ate out most days for breakfast and dinner. There are some restaurants about a 15 minute walk away. They ran out of most of the poolside snacks more than once, but drinks and ice-cream are free flowing. Entertainment staff were great. The pool area is lovely, daily aqua aerobics, water polo and table tennis competitions if you're that way inclined. The gym wasn't open during our stay. The hippy market is hosted on the grounds every Wednesday and is definitely worth a visit. Loads of lovely jewellery and clothes. Hundreds of people come to it but pool area and rooms are taped off from the public. It's a quiet enough area so if you're after a wild holiday this won't be for you. San Antonio is 40 euro trip in a taxi each way.

We spend an amazing holiday. Atmosphere of this place is fabulous. Property is cosy, but the problem is that the kids don't have own room, so no privacy. But lovely food they have, staff amazing.

Worst hotel we’ve ever been too, the room was filthy, it had cockroaches. Dirty bedding, food was cold and awful staff not friendly or helpful. The rooms aren’t secure or safe any one from the Hippy Market can walk to your room. No security and the pool is tiny. Booked for 4 nights, left after 1 my kids were crying and felt sick

Short October half term break
Hotel was excellent value and clean. Rooms very comfortable.I was very impressed with the pristine bed linen and towels & comfortable beds,albeit they were a bit on short on length. Food was very good ,but was spoilt by dining room being very chaotic a number of times,especially at breakfast which turned into a complete 'Bun Fight' every of the 4 mornings we stayed. We also found tables were left uncleared for more than an hour, I appreciate it was the last week of the season and there were really not enough staff to cope, but those who were there did their best. The views from the pool area over the sea were stunning and the set up around the pool is very good ,but,again not enough staff. I feel that the Hotel has so much potential to be one of the best family hotels on Ibiza with just a bit more organization and thought.The hotels own airport transfer service was excellent our driver was waiting for us as soon as we left the arrivals hall and again as soon as we checked out, wonderful service.

Pretty decent
It’s a good hotel, between 2-3 stars. We got the all inclusive rate and was well worth it. Helped us save a lot of money one would think. The rooms were comfy. The bathrooms were standard, could have been decorated better. The toilet seats were uncomfortable. The staff were hardworking and we got fresh towels on request. The toiletteries were all right, probably best to get your own. Overall, will recommend the place.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures Hotel.com show ... shame on you !.. rooms are not bright and airy,they are dark and dingy with no view ,we had to always have a light on.Gaps underneath the front door which meant all the mosquito’s and flies were able to get in. Reception staff were a bit dull also and more interested in talking to each other than making us feel welcome. Although it is a 2 * the all inclusive part was more like a 0* , if you like chicken nuggets and frankfurter’s and drinking out of small plastic cups then you’ll be fine.Pool area .. well all the beds are squashed together which meant you had to lay right next to someone you didn’t know and shuffle down the end of the bed to get off . We opted for the beach instead .Extremely overpriced Hotels.com .Paid £420 for 3 night .... really only should of paid about £200.. Think you need to have a rethink in pricing . Would not stay here again but nicer and cheaper hotels in es Cana .

We arrived at 11am and was disappointed not to be able to check in until 2, but staff were helpful and gave us our wristbands and stored our luggage, we even got in our room before 2. Room was adequate, no patio doors but the most comfy bed we have ever had! The hotel grounds are beautiful, the entertainment was amazing fir whole family. Loved the foam party and the acrobatatic show. The entertainment team were fab, the italian guy believe his name is mattio was soo funny and not in a sleazy weird way as some entertainers can be. The English guy who headed a lot of the day time entertainment was excellent too. The food was average for main meals but really liked the exra snack bars serving hot food by the pool all day. Excellent selection of drinks, even the coke/Fanta was real. The ice cream available all day tasted lovely. Service at meals was a bit disappointing, often hard to find a clean table to sit at. The beach is lovely, I hadn't realised no beach towels included. Good selection of water sports. Restaurants on beach are nice and serve tasty seafood, the hippy market was great to see and stroll round, good selection of items for sale. All round very chilled atmosphere about the place but with lots to do, we want to go again next year.

We arrived at around lunch time and our room was ready we went straight to the beach and enjoyed some free drinks at the beach bar ... The entertainment was fantastic and food and drinks super would recommend to any one we booked using cut price holidays on facebook for less than 300 I would recommend adding them as they where great too

Poor Facilities for the money
Beds were uncomfortable, the shower curtain only covered half the shower so we ended up with a puddle around the toilet and basin and at times ran into the bedroom. A fan should have been a basic provision, not even a bar of soap. The room was well cleaned.

Amazing Time
We had a good time and were thingking to come back next year. The only downside is that we requested for airconditioned room but the hotel is fully booked which is understandable:-) Food is nice:-) Staff is soooo friendly especially Patricia :-) Facilities first class:-) We definitely recommend this place for vacation:-)

I basically booked this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find 2 days prior to going. Unfortunately, the location is not great if you're interested in the clubbing experiences that Ibiza offers... there are no big name clubs within a 25 euro cab fare. If you want to go to the clubs without paying outrageous cab fares, you have to walk 10-15 minutes to the bus stop in Es Canar, then take it to Santa Eularia. From there, you have to travel to Ibiza Town and obviously from there, it's quite simple... but either way, expect to travel for a minimum of 1 hour if you want to get to Ibiza town or up to 2 hours to San Antonio. If you plan to stay at this place the entire time, it has everything you need close by... the only thing the area lacks is a big grocery store with cheap prices. The hotel itself is not really a hotel... it's a resort with a bunch of bungalow style rooms. Mine had 3 beds in it even though I was traveling alone. The air conditioner is impossible to turn on and there are no fans provided... my room was pretty humid and felt sticky... kind of annoying but at least it wasn't scorching hot. The beds were par at best but they did the job. The shower is one of the smallest I've ever used but the water was hot whenever I needed it to be. Also, this hotel has everything you need on site if you wish to remain there the entire time. The average age of people staying here is probably 20-22... Lots of drunk kids but if you have earplugs or wish to join them, it's not a problem. They also have a large pool with parties all the time and every night I was there, DJs were playing in the resort's own club. Beaches are also close by and there is a famous "hippy market" on site every wednesday. There is no wi-fi at this place. If you want to use the internet, it is 1 euro per 10 minutes inside the lobby. The only wi-fi available close by is at a couple of restaurants and it is extremely slow. This place is definitely not bad if you wish to go to a place to party and remain on site the entire time. If you want to attend the bigger clubs / parties in other spots, I'd highly recommend staying somewhere else.

This hotel is mostly for the younger under 25 or 30 crowd. They have no concept of customer service and try to nickel and dime you to death. Most of the rooms have no A/C and to make it worst, they have ceiling fans. Not too comfortable during the summer months. I was there in July and not too comfortable at all. No WIFI in the hotel anywhere and they charge you 1euro for 10mins on a computer, which I thought was ridiculous since even most of the hostels were offering free wifi. I made a local call to arrange for my shuttle bus to pick me up for the airport and they charged me for that too. I booked last minute and didn't have much to choose from on expedia but wished I had looked at some hostels. Location isn't the greatest either because it is hard to reach by bus if you go out partying and stay out late at night. I would recommend San Antonio or Playa de Bossa area if you can't afford anything in Ibiza itself. The free food was okay so that kind of made up for it a little bit. The resort is not all bad, they have a good line up of events during the day and a nice discoteque but it was mostly kids in the disco. If they put A/C or even a fan in each room, it would improve the place a lot. Not too bad for a low budget hotel.
