Our 2nd visit here after a great experience last year. The hotel is in a good location, has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff are the the most helpful and friendliest that we have ever experienced. Our room was very clean, nicely arranged and with a small balcony. There is a lovely area for eating breakfast, either inside or out. A secure car park is available in close proximity. A very good tapas bar is a 2 minute walk away with other restaurants nearby. Ibiza old town is easily accessible via a water taxi from the marina (10 mins walk). Highly recommended - we will be back!
Excellent service, very friendly/helpful staff, great location if you want to explore the island, they were happy to answer all our questions, highly recommended.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel is set in side street so there is not much outlook although it’s in a good position for restaurants.
Very friendly staff, who are always willing to go that extra mile to help.Hotel is spotlessly clean. My only complaint is the draught beer being served at the bar, which is not to my particular taste.
Four night stay in the lovely small hotel Lux Isla. Quiet surroundings & short distance to bars & restaurants. Very friendly & helpful staff. No complaints.
The staff make this hotel. Caring and considerate. We were there in late October and spent most of our days out of the hotel. If you plan to hang around your hotel its prob not the best for you, but in terms of location, sleeping comfort and breakfast it was excellent.
Me and my boyfriend just finished our stay here and loved it. All of the staff are so amazing, helpful and friendly (including the cleaners, night staff and reception) which made our stay all the more good. We got a room without a balcony but would definitely advise to get one. Talamanca area is lovely and peaceful and isn’t difficult to get to the old town and to beautiful beaches from. There are some real gem restaurants to visit in this area! Breakfast offered a lot of fresh fruit, fresh orange juice and non diary milk options which was great along with the usual Spanish breakfast offerings. There is a cute outside area and little bar which was perfect for a super stormy day where we didn’t leave the hotel! We would stay again! Thank you all!
5 day out of season break to see the island. Nice area and only an enjoyable 30-40 minute walk to Ibiza Town through the marina. Friendly, helpful hotel staff, great breakfast included, rooms comfy and clean. Car hire included- was met at airport, all hassle free and escorted to hotel which was great. Great stay on a beautiful island.
We stayed for three nights, upon arrival my very finicky spouse freaked out because he found a hair on the rim of the toilet and some sand on the suitcase stand. I didn't really care, the linens were super clean. We notified the front desk that the room could be cleaned slightly better and they had no problem obliging. As for the room, I loved that the balcony window had a blackout shade and the breakfast was fresh and decent. We weren't able to arrange a late checkout because they were fully booked and although our flight left late at night, the hotel staff let us stow our luggage there for the day and also offered us a shower before we left for the flight which was a really nice treat. It's a very cosy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, parking on the street is tight but we never had to park too far away. The staff really go the extra mile to make you happy.
Really comfortable hotel just behind Talamanca beach. It was out of season so not everywhere was open but we found some really restaurants within walking distance
The hotel was very clean and tidy with very friendly staff
I would stay there again when in Ibiza
A truly delightful hotel within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. I had room 103 which was perfect, lovely balcony with sea views. The staff are attentive and always helpful with a smile on their faces. Would recommend and I will be back
Had a nice time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 days before my luggage. Good shopping in town. The natives are very friendly and cheerful. Know what a good time is all about.
What a wonderful gem this little hotel is. Price to value ratio it's one of the very best hotels I've stayed in. Friendly staff, great room & shower, blackout blinds, lovely balcony and a fab breakfast. Don't hesitate, Lux Isla is great for the price.
I suppose I was a little disappointed at being away from the beach but its only a five minute walk away. Everything about the hotel was excellent; cleanliness, comfortable, and such a friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is good, but not much to offer for other meal times. Shame it didn't have a pool and parking on street is a nightmare ( you can park in their own car park for 4 Euros a night, just around the corner). This all sounds a bit negative, but I would go there again - such a friendly place and not full of Tour groups !!
My room had 2 double beds pushed together. No problem. One of the beds had a slight bit of sand and 3 hairs on it. How is that clean? When i told the front desk lady, she told the cleaning lady, then they both laughed at it. She fixed the problem though. Out of the 3 nights there, i only got about 4 hours of sleep. Not because i partied super hard but because the beds are uncomfortable,The pillows are thin, and I had only 2 sheets as a blanket. Which i had to align properly to make any use to it. They tried to renovate this place but whoever did it needs a class in efficiency . There are two fake bamboo statues one in the room, one on the balcony. I guess it adds to the decor. The electric screen is the worst. Its so unnecessary. Manual ones are faster. The shower also has wood which after a hot shower you can smell mold the next day. I hate how theres a toilette cleaner next to the bowl thats dirty. Also the almost every sheet and bath towel has some sort of stain on it. They're clean...just stained. One of them looked like smeared blood. I flipped it and used it as a mat to do push ups. If you plan on using the internet, you will have to get a new code from the front desk every hour or two. The saving grace of this place is the two women that work at the front desk. They were really nice to me. I was allowed to check in early. Thai restaurant across the street is amazing!
Recently renovated rooms which are bright and cosy, comfy bed, lovely bathroom, nice balcony with a bit of a sea view. The only thing it could really benefit from would be a fridge, a kettle would also have been nice. I also thought charging daily for the safe is a bit mean. The toiletries in the bathroom are great. Friendly staff though they were a little funny when we had a friend over who just wanted to hang out on our balcony while we got ready before we all went out. I think though they are just looking after the security of the other guests though which is fair enough. It's definitely the place to stay if you want a nice peaceful few days and a break from the more hectic parts of ibiza, the beach is lovely and only 2 mins walk and quiet even in August peak season. Ibiza town is maybe 25-30 min walk or an 8-10 euro cab ride.
Our stay at Hotel LuxIsla was great. Although it is about a 15 minute cab ride to most of the places where we wanted to go, the overall price/quality ratio really made this location worth it. We found the hotel to be in very good condition and always clean. There was someone available at all hours (even when the front desk is closed for the evening) and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, as it's much more affordable than other hotels. Also, the breakfast was simple but nice and the hotel is very close to Pacha for anyone who doesn't want to venture far.
We enjoyed our stay here alot. The hotel is located in Talamanca right near the beach. It is near enough to the action in Ibiza Town, but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with a touch of Ibiza. The breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of choice and fresh food continuously being served. The staff were lovely and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.
Service is paramount here. Impressive customer focus especially by Ms Bus. There is a range of guest staying here and it is great to relax - quiet, clean and v close to the beach.

Great location
Great all rounder hotel, close to eivissa town, taxi not too expensive, could walk too, far enough to get a quiet night sleep, talamanca beach next to hotel not great for my standards, but good enough for a quick swim. Few cafes and restaurants in the area, nice litle area, would go again
Though the Lux Isla doesn't have many frills, the service is amazing! The hotel manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely accommodating. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though they do resemble a typical Spanish hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Was impressed by the stay. The rooms were basic, clean and for the price was incredible value (considering breakfast was served). The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, provided tons of helpful tips and their lobby shower comes in very handy particularly for those late flights back home. I would go back in a heartbeat to save some cash and not have to worry about accomodations.
Terrific hotel, great room. We were awed by the decor and functionality of the room and that every room in the place had a balcony where we could hang out during the beautiful Ibiza nights. Very close to Pacha nightclub, 5 min taxi to Ibiza city, never had to take a taxi more than 15min to get anywhere. Bus service is terrible, so I would recommend renting a car if u want to do your own exploring and not take taxis. Note: $2/day charge for safe key and WIFI was expensive, but you can use the computer with internet downstairs for free and there was never any line. Delicious breakfast buffet! Highly recommend staying here
Wonderful staff and beautiful new refurbished room
the rooms were wonderful in style, newly refurbished and quiet with blinds that really blacked out light if needed. We slept so well! Ther wifi was not free and needed to be paid by the hour but the service was friendly, caring and great. Very much recommend the hotel!
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous. The rooms are very modern, but still very romantic. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom. The shower is so feaken awesome n so cool....totally fell in love with it. The breakfast buffet was great, it's the normal european breakfast and it was delicious. The husband and wife that own and run the hotel are the sweetest people I have ever met. The hospitality that they showed us was above and beyond and made our stay at the hotel the absolute best. We were able to rent a car from the owner of the hotel for about 85 dollars(paid in euros) for two days. Great deal. My husband and I had a blast here. We will definitely be returning back to Ibiza again and we will definitely return to this hotel.
The rooms were clean comfortable and the surrounding quiet although very close to the city and to the beach. Staff was very helpful and provided great services. Very happy abour the stay.
