Bring ear plugs and eye mask!! Walls are paper thin - you can hear everything, including outside noise, and blinds don’t fully block the light. Room felt like a North American motel (not something you want to spend spare time in), but for the price and location, it was perfect for what we needed! It was steps away from the bus station, beach, and day clubs.

It is a good hotel, where we had available 2 buildings, both with swimming pool, also is available a bar with a lovely terrace. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the view from our room was amazing. We will definitely come back soon. I recommend it.

I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. Our air conditioning didn’t work when we got in the room, as well as stains in the toilet bowl. We asked if someone can fix the aircon but nothing was done about it. Also when we was trying to sleep we kept getting a breeze of sewer which must of been coming from outside as we needed to keep the balcony door open due to air con not working. I know it’s one of the cheaper hotels and it’s Ibiza, but these are things you expect when you visit a three star surely. I wouldn’t stay here again

Front desk was a bit rude, room was similar to that of a beach hotel. Bathroom was a bit cramped. I’d say you get what you pay for and this was a 5/10.

I would never stay here again and don't recommend this hotel. The service was horrible, our rooms were not cleaned, no towels, toilet paper etc. Wifi wasn't working at all...you had to got to Marco Polo 1 to connect. People in the next room room we're smoking and the smell was coming through to our bathroom and was unbearable....the reception manager Josefa Roman was not helpful at all instead told us she couldn't do anything for us and was rude....for the amount you pay to stay at this hotel not worth it...you're better off staying somewhere else.

Great value hotel
I've stayed here twice and would go back. Other guests can be noisy in nearby rooms, but that's unavoidable. The only downside is that it's on the wrong side of the road. The town centre is on the opposite side of the main road into the town, so it can take a while to cross.

Good location for hotel central to San Antonio. Nice pool and generally well kept and clean however during stay had some issues with main bedroom light not coming on and the place is quite noisy even late at night/early morning due to the thin walls between rooms and people coming back drunk from clubs etc

Great hotel with 2 pools and 2 bars. Right near the beach and on the edge of everything you need (within 1km walk at MOST). Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. WiFi was great. Only issue was the walls were very thin. You could hear every room around you including across the hall. Most went out at midnight to party so wasn’t a huge issue.

3rd time at this hotel!!
This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. It was a great surprise to find that the rooms had been given a revamp. The bathrooms are much nicer than before. The location is is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The price is fantastic too and I would definitely stay again!

Great location! So handy for everything.
Nice hotel. Newly refurbished rooms although the website doesn't state that not al the rooms have balconys. The pool area is much better at Marco Polo 1 but you can use either pool staying at this hotel. My only issue was the floors in the room rarely got brushed up. We did get new towels everyday and beds got made but the floor could get pretty dirty and it wasn't cleaned often enough. All in all it was a good stay and I would probably return to this hotel if I go to San Antonio again.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel , thinking it was further round in the bay. This is a very very noisy hotel and not a place where sleeping is possible, unless you are intoxicated. Its a great location if all you want to do is go to Eden or Es Paradis . Otherwise , do not stay here. Unfortunately our room also smelled badly of smoke, so if you are a non-smoker , be sure to request a non-smoking room when checking in, This isn't to say its a bad hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient when checking in . Plus the breakfast at the Marco Polo hotel was very good. I booked for 2 nights and had to check out after the first night, due to the noise. I requested a refund but was not given one, not even for the breakfast or wifi which I thought was a little unfair.

Great location but .
Great location but very loud at nights specially early mornings. The walls are very very thin so you can even hear people throwing up which was grim ! Overall was good, great location near beach , restaurants and tickets sales, bus station which takes you to all best clubs . nice pool, and quite a lot of space. Hotel definitely for partying, but another annoying thing was that some people party nonstop and in the early morning by the pool while you trying to get your tan they blasting deep techno music at 10 am !!

Free wifi worked well, safe in the room, ice cold air con, close to the beach and in between Es paradis and Eden so perfect location for everything. Chilled out hotel. Only complaint would be the amount of noise from 4am-9am with people coming back in and the cleaners had no consideration shouting on at 8am etc

Stayed there last year so knew to book up again for june this year! We loved marco polo 2, close to bars, beach, resturants and shops. Pool was relaxed (not too lively like some other ibiza hotels) maid was in almost every day. Free safe and air con!! Only downfall was the crap beds, but would DEFINITLY book marco polo 2 again :)

Lovely hotel
After reading the reviews I was dreading the stay. What a lovely pleasant surprise I had though. Rooms were cleaned every day. Free air conditioning, free safe and free wi fi. Rooms were basic but what do you expect for the price you pay. Pool area was nice with a bar. Very close to everything. Would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and it is very close to the beach, shops and the main strip for bars. Perfect if you plan to drink a lot whilst you are there. Don't expect a quiet hotel. We also had an option to pay extra for a late check out which was very handy

2nd time i've stayed here in a year! Great value for the price - No thrills but its location is spot on as on the door step to clubs, bars and 24 Hour off licences etc. Staff are friendly and free aircon is a bonus! Only negative is night staff dont let you play your tunes on the balcony!! - its a party resort at the end of the day and I didnt see any famailies or kids so bit disapointed when its the clubbing captital but other than that it was decent and i'd stay again :)

Not the best place to stay, but it's normally cheap. Expect a lot of noise as it's a party hotel and the area has a lot of party people on holiday. Used to be a lot better a few years ago, but they've cut back on a lot of amenities in the last couple of years.

Stay away from this hotel
First of all we checked in and got ripped off. The room we had paid over the odds for then turned out to have a 75 euro fee slapped on top of it just for checking in. This little surprise didn't come until actually arriving so we were left with no choice but to pay it. You only get 1 key per room, no security, the staff are rude, the rooms are not cleaned properly. Air conditioning doesn't work then there is people constantly coming in your room because the doors are not self locking. Worst hotel in ibiza! There are much better places to stay than this. Never again!!!

Clean relaxed hotel
The hotel is ideally for young people and groups, very sociable hotel. Great pool and outside area. The bedrooms are satisfactory as you get what you pay for.can be slightly noisy with music but normally makes the day more fun. WiFi is very expensive as it's one euro for half an hour so that Is the only down side! Great coattails at the bar too!!
