The staff at El Mirador de Dalt Vila were extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel has two buildings I recommend asking to stay in the main hotel building. We stayed in the main building, the room was nicely decorated, very clean, and well maintained. The street is quiet in a beautiful location inside the walls. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, when we need a cab the staff called and the car was at the door within a few minutes.Great breakfast too!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ibiza old town. Immaculate and full of charm, our room was roomy and comfortable with a french balcony overlooking the bay. Free transfers to and from the airport were a nice, welcome addition. Manu was excellent company on our rides! Breakfast on the terrace as the old town wakes up, with all of it's colourful characters was great. It's a bit of a walk up from the port / town, but not too challenging. Beaches an easy and affordable 20 minute cab ride away. Reception gave excellent recommendations for places to go. Will definitely visit again, thanks to all at the Mirador.

Great Stay!
I really liked this hotel and the classy/classic European style. In a wonderful “old town” location that is hard to beat. I wouldn’t have enjoyed my trip to Ibiza as much as I did, if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel (and within the Dalt Vila walls). If you want beach or partying, there are better. But if you want classy, quite and in a beautiful part of town with great walk ability and restaurants, this is a perfect hotel.

Lovely property in the heart of the old town. Lovely room and fantastic staff. Nice quiet location and only a short walk into the heart of the action. Note that taxis are a problem in Ibiza, and even more so than usual as it is very busy. It is difficult to get a taxi from the hotel.

Not a convenient place to stay
Many issues like lack of maintenance, the shower water drainage was broke, beds mattress are old and very uncomfortable so are pillows. It’s hard to walk anywhere since the hotel is located on top of the Vila and walking up is very hard, specially in hot humid days

Grand old hotel of yesteryear.
Our stay was pleasant enough. I wouldn't choose to stay here again though, for us ( a middle aged couple) the hotel, decor, & style of service was just a little too dated. Pluses - Great breakfast on a lovely terrace, nice staff, everything in the hotel itself was immaculate, great location in the old town Minuses - Just one really, We got an email before requesting we call before checking in to log our reg plate and get vehicle access to the old town...well we called and called after picking up our rental car and and emailed and no one answered. Check in was at 2pm and the phone was eventually answered at about 3pm we were left in Ibiza town wondering if our car would make it into the restricted area. The staff more than made up for it afterwards but i'd expect more from a 5 star hotel at this price point.

Lovely stay, magical location but expensive
Lovely staff especially Ciaran the driver who was wonderful. It’s in a great location especially to watch the festival fireworks in early August. Perhaps better to stay in Spring or Autumn when it’s not so hot and you want to go for a swim or be by the sea. Sitting eating breakfast on the front veranda is lovely and peaceful. Special place but it’s very expensive so I’m not sure we’d be doing it again.

Perfect location and very helpful staff. The hotel has everything you need in the heart of the Old Town with complimentary transport to and from the airport. All of the staff do all they can to help to make your stay the best it can be. Would definitely recommend this hotel in every way.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Nothing is too much for them. Everything done with a smile. The only downsides are the sunbathing area which is very small with only 4 sunbeds and the tiny pool. The sunbathing area is also in shade after 16:00. As the hotel is nowhere near a beach it may not be for you if sunbathing on the property is your thing. This should not take away from the overall quality and ambience of the hotel. The room was roomy with a good bathroom. No balcony in our particular room which was a superior double. There were 2 x flat screen TV's, a mini bar, a safe, plenty of wardrobe space, a walk-in shower as well as a jacuzzi bath with shower. The location of the hotel is on top of the hill inside the walled area of the "old town" (De Dalt Vila) and is only a 8-10 minute walk to the harbour. Thoroughly recommended

Great top of the range hotel highly recommended
This is a lovely boutique hotel set in the quiet old town area. It is a converted home which has only recently happened so all the historic features have been complemented with very tasteful touches and modern facilities. Lovely bathroom, incredibly comfortable bed and good sized suite all fitted out with gorgeous paintings and decorations along with some truly stunning and beautiful tiles throughout the whole building. Excellent hotel thoroughly recommended. Everything was accessible within minutes. We had a great suite which was spacious, very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean at all times. The breakfast was very good, tasty fresh and well-prepared. However, none of these major plus points compared to the real differentiating factor which was the hotel staff. Every last one of them was unbelievably helpful, friendly, warm, kind and considerate from the moment we walked in the door to the time we left. They could not do enough for us and, from what I witnessed, the other guests too. Truly outstanding – particularly all those on reception and all the drivers. Nice little touches everywhere from courtesy transport to and from the airport to a welcoming glass of champagne on arrival. They are a major asset to the owners. The difference between “service” at some big chain, large-size 5 star hotels and the genuine hospitality shown at this excellent boutique hotel could not be more marked. Well done staff and thanks for a superb short holiday.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel mirador! It’s located at the heart of the walled area of Ibiza, a very old and historic party of town. Very romantic, close to beautiful restaurants, and near the marina where you can gaze at the multi million dollar yachts. The hotel staff was great and always friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful hotel.
This is one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s absolutely perfect, understated but effortlessly stylish and luxurious . The location is truly stunning, beautiful views a stones throw away across the port. Considering the hotel is in the old town of Ibiza, it’s incredibly quiet. The staff here are so welcoming and courteous, everything was delivered with a smile. Lovely touches throughout our stay - complimentary transfer from the airport, welcome drink on arrival, sweet treats in the room fridge every evening. Breakfast was very fresh with locally sourced produce. Beautiful shady terrace to sit out on. A lovely spot to have a gin and tonic before venturing out. We had a huge bedroom which was lovely and cool with quality linens. There is a beautiful little pool at the rear of the hotel, which is mostly shady, but very relaxing to spend some time here. I come to Ibiza quite a lot and this will be my ‘go to’ hotel from now on. Well done Hotel Mirador de Dalt Vila, ten out of ten from me.

Best location in Ibiza town in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to all restaurants in Dalt Vila. Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast and fantastic superior double room. 10/10

One of the best hotels ever stayed in
Fantastic charming, luxurious hotel with laid back discreet and friendly vibe. Beautiful building. Superb location in heart of old town within walking distance of loads of bars, restaurants and shops and the harbour. Rooms very luxurious and comfortable with great mix of old charm and modern style. There was a big noisy fiesta when we we there but the rooms were brilliantly noise insulated and the fiesta was great fun and infectious - the people here are so proud of their lovely island. The free service to/from the airport is a really nice touch. The staff were so nice. Very highly recommended.

Boutique hotel within the walls of old city
Beautiful boutique hotel within the old city - we just loved the experience of walking around the old city. Only thing was the access to the hotel which was confusing a little but the staff came around to pick us up which was appreciated. Loved it.
