Good Location

Pros: Lovely beach and the indoor heated pool was fantastic, although you are required to wear a swimming cap.
Cons: More cereal options and maybe better choice in food. Maybe advertise that you must wear swimming caps
Location: Went to the Ibiza town. visited castle & went to Serina beach
Not far from Ibiza town/castle which is a must. Breath taking views. The hotel was clean, there was daily entertainment in the evening. The food was a little repetitive and bland but the kids enjoyed it. The deserts were good.

Location: perfecta solo eso puedo decir
todo perfecto ecepto un camarero del chiringo de la picina que pertenecia al tres carabelas que se paso y lo comunique al jefe de bar del chiringo del goleta el cual se porto como un caballero. para los trabajadores un 10 gracias

Good hotel, nice facilities & close to the beach.

Just what you want from a hotel ....... good facilities, friendly staff, clean, near a beach & within walking distance of Ibiza Town. If I had to make 1 observation, the bacon at breakfast was quite fatty, but that is more to do with how I think the Spanish have their rashers compared to back home.

We can check-in 6pm since hotel didn't arrange the room by their event. Thus, we have to wait couple of hours with just cheapest free drink. and they gave us champange for compensation. I never go there agian.

BUENA UBICACIÓN, PERO PROMETE MÁS DE LO QUE ES.

Pros: ubicación y personal
Cons: decoracion de habitaciones, servicio de limpieza y amenities.
Location: ubicación muy bien. Actividades... ni los del hotel sabían que se hacía ni a qué hora...
El hotel es aparentemente muy bonito y el personal es amable, pero: Para el precio yla categoría de hotel que se da, las habitaciones ( al menos la mía) son muy básicas y la decoración es que sea fea pero es muy simplona y con aire ya algo pasado ( y pagué casi 300€/noche). No se correspondía con las de las fotos ( que se supone son estándar). La television era pequeña y ni siquiera tenía todos los canales nacionales y se veía mal. El wifi no había manera de conectarlo al dispositivo móvil. La cama era bastante incómoda. Al hacerme la limpieza de la habitación no me repusieron nada ( gel de ducha que había utilizado el día anterior para ducharme, bolsa higiénica... nada ), y cuando fui a reclamarlo a recepción me dijeron que no tenían... así que me tocó ducharme con la pastillita de jabón medio gastada. La nevera calentaba más que enfriaba y aseguro que estbaa enchufada porque hacía un ruido increible. En cuanto al hotel en general, la piscine por la tarde tenía una capa densa de espuma verdosa / amarillenta nada apetecible ( entiendo que todos llevamos protectores solares y que hay quien no se ducha antes de meterse a la piscina, pero daba grima). y cuando preguntaba por las actividades u otros servicios que el hotel ofertaba nadie sabia nada... en general, no estaría mal si la noche fuera a 70€, pero aunque el precio oscile por temporada, que intenten compensarlo un poco con otros detalles, porque pagar como digo 300€ y que no te repongan ni el gel, es decepcionante.

Good hotel overall

The hotel is good if you get a good price for it. Hotel isn't that new, and you can feel that. However, they keep it pretty clean. Beds aren't so comfortable and our refrigerator didn't really work. The room size is comfortable and the terrace is nice. Hotel's pool is very nice and so is the spa.

Beautiful with a great location

Location: Clubs, Bars, Beach, Pool
This hotel is located on the beach and is walking distance to the biggest clubs on the island. The pool is excellent and beautiful, but kind of crowded. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

Clubbing holiday with friends

Stayed with friends for a clubbing holiday. Hotel is split, on one side there is the Goleta, the other side the Carabelas. Each side has a separate reception so it would have been good to know which one to head to in advance. We went to the Goleta and was told there was no booking for us so we have to drag our cases and bags and to walk to the Carabelas. Staff were on the whole very good. Family orientated hotel and daytime entertainment was mainly for Spanish. Upgrade to all inclusive was €25 day and worth it. Food in restaurants good but not to the same standard in the snack bars around the pool. Safety deposit box has a €2 a day charge. Good on the beach location but a bit of a walk to Ushuaia and Space if you are clubbing. On the whole our party enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
