Terrible customer service.

Terrible people to deal with. Management is very rude. Called to cancel my reservation and was told I had to contact Expedia. Contacted them and they said no to contact Magnuson directly so I called them back and canceled my reservation. The next day I find out they billed me for a no show. Spoke with the manager on the phone and he was very rude. Said he didn't care what I thought.

Not So Bad

The hotel overall, was a nice place to stay if you're just needing a one night room and gone the next morning!! in other words, you get what you pay for. i would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap weekend getaway around beavers bend

Last Minute Booking

Pros: Place to sleep and it was clean
Cons: Better customer service from clerk and working toilet
We only took this hotel because everything else in the surrounding towns were booked. Not a place we would normally stay in. For the money, it was "ok". Had issue with clerk as he would not give us a receipt. Was told receipt would come from Expedia. No one told us this at booking need to know this. (First time using Expedia) Toilet did not work well.
