“Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very enjoyable visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The owners were exceptional—kind, personable, and incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions and activities. Their hospitality created a warm, home-like atmosphere that I truly appreciated. If I'm ever back in Idaho Falls, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property……

“Receptionist in the different building Comfort Inn/Qualify Inn. She puts us on the second floor. The stairs has a broken metal on the very top that you have to be careful when you steps. It looks decent when you enter the room, but upon checking the washroom the toilet was filthy. We were so tired because it was late, instead of complaining my husband clean it himself.”

“Room was not cleaned properly, had some leftovers. Breakfast didn't have much variety.”

“Fireplace in my room didn’t work and they didn’t send me what I needed to check in and the spa folks were confused. HOWEVER—everything else was wonderful and I had a great stay.”
