"I have stayed in several hotels where the bed is rock hard and other people are running around and being loud. This hotel the beds where comfy and it was quite. You can hear some of the door where hard to shut. But it wasnt like it was all night long. I saw no issue with it. I felt safe and secure. The price was great on a budget. Thank you for making my stay great. "

"Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and had lots of space for luggage and relaxing, unfortunately the mini fridge had food left in it for quite some time and it stuck horribly. I don't know when it was last cleaned. The dust accumulating on top of the microwave and the shelving unit above it was horrendous. It does lead one to wonder how well the rest of the bathroom and room was cleaned?? I did leave a note to the maids to take some extra time to clean the fridge and add a deodorizer in it. "

"As senior citizens, my wife and I are so thankful for the desk clerk Anna. She was so valuable in helping us use the guest computers at the hotel. Our vacation was cut short due to the weather. She walked us through what we had to do to cancel our reservations through Expedia at three other hotels. We were facing a timeline and if we did not cancel then and there, it would have cost us a lot of money in cancellation fees. Anna was a Godsend. We cannot thank her enough. She deserves the highest praise from Holiday Inn & Suites Idaho Falls. Thank you again, Anna."
