Breakfast was very average Pool and spa are old an un-inviting

Nothing to brag about.

Pictures show updated rooms, while decor matches, it is cheap and not well cared for. Rooms are dark and cramped. They only change linens and towels every 3 days. However there is no ventilation in the bathroom so your towel never gets dry. The pool was repainted recently, but paint is chiping away. Hot tub jets didn't work during our visit and I can't really call it a hot tub, lukewarm is more like it. Breakfast was decent, I wish there were more protein options and not all carbs.

Thank you for your feedback. We renovated our hotel less than a year ago, we are open to rearranging our rooms if it will help. We are a "Room to be Green" hotel so we change towels on request, in order to help the environment. We have since fixed our fans and our jacuzzi has been brought back to full operation. We're always are open to breakfast suggestions. Hopefully you will give us a second chance after we have addressed your concerns.

We staying for two nights, so the first day when we came back to the room it wasn't serviced so we call the front desk and they send us some towels and that's it. Then next day in the morning I spoke with the front desk lay to report that and she told me that they do not service every day, o told her that at least the towels should be change and fix the bed, then she just was quite and we check out.

The motel itself was clean and the employees were courteous. the room could use some paint in the bathroom where the shower had splashed on the wall.

Nice Motel in Happyville

Pros: Near lots of good restaurants and walmart.
Cons: Parking
Great hotel, Awesome staff, and clean rooms! Right next to I-15 so good access but some road noise.

not good toilet water kept running had to keep jiggling the handle. shower head not good if you wash your hair. coffee pot had to run water through it cause hard water deposit kept coming out thank goodness I was running hot water through it to see what was coming out.

We had a small pet with us so we got a doggie room. It was not as clean as it could have been. Couch was dirty and so was carpet, but it was a ground floor room which was convenient for taking the dog out. Staff was pleasant and helpful Breakfast was good. The Idaho Falls were impressive. Pillows were too stiff and uncomfortable.
