I really enjoyed the Top Golf Swing Suites. My girls and I had a blast playing soccer, football, baseball, and golf. It was very fun and an incredible experience. I would recommend it to people wanting to eat, drink, and play a variety of sports. Im definitely going to do it again.

Lovely stay. The wind picked up and we were not going to be able to use the fire place we paid extra to buy, but thankfully it dies down and we were able to enjoy it. The room did not have bath soap or lotion in the bathroom and the coffee machine was broken. But the beds were comfy and clean.

Our room was missing half of our black out blind and it took 2 days to get that semi straightened out. Front desk staff and catering staff were great and we really enjoyed the Super Bowl party—Chris was a great host!! Pool and hot tub were also very nice.

We have stayed here before and each time the stay is worse and will probably not be back. We were there for 5 days 4 nights, couldn’t get a room refresh or cleaning even after calling many times. Trash cans overflowing in hallways made it hard for us to remove trash from our room. Sink didn’t drain, tub wouldn’t fill as drain broken. Told restaurant was open but wasn’t, ordered food at bar to take back to room and order was missing items…

The hotel was once very lovely, but the building is now in need of a total update and sprucing up. It is definitely tired. The upkeep of the rooms, the interior hallways, elevators, furniture, etc. all needs replacing. Maid service is only on request and even then, they did not show up even after we requested it at the desk. The grounds are beautiful, as is the setting and the views.

The music for the pool area was on in the early hours ie 5am. Not good to be woken by wailing sounds at that time. Complained about it the first night and the front desk arranged for it to be silenced. Happened again the next morning. No EV charging station. Come on, get with it the world is going electric.

Went to a concert
This is the second time that happens when I am using hotel.com/Expedia. When I checked in online, the hotel charged my card and when I spoke with the front desk, her name was Mila. She stated because they did not see the rsvp was paid. She released the funds after they took it out from my credit card. When I checked in, the front desk guy was not very friendly, it looks like he was extremely exhausted. He greeted me with how can I help you?… and when I stated my issues, didn’t even apologize or showing any type of remorse toward my issue. Now the hotel held $310 from my credit card. Otherwise the hotel is decent, had a great view of the golf course. Has the buffet breakfast, they were ok. Nothing special about it.

My room was incredibly dusty. It was clear that the cleaning staff had not cleaned that room since the last time it was cleaned. I went and dusted everything myself because it was bad. Additionally, the room was filled with bugs. Told the staff and nothing was done or offered. Avoid
