Ok for a night
Spacious room but way too hot upon arrival. Opened windows to cool off & then contended with mosquitoes all night. Very little tp left & no “front desk” to ask. Overall, ok for a chain hotel room.

Three night motorcycle stopover at Rennes
Convenient location for a 30 min walk to Rennes centre. Secure underground parking available. Accommodation includes bathroom (shower), bedroom (TV) with double bed, lounge (TV)/kitchen and separate toilet. All very clean. Staff very helpful.

Uma delícia para dormir ★ Eles cobram pelo estacionamento mais não tem necessidade de pagar tem muitos estacionamento seguro e fácil de encontrar bem na frente do prédio ★ WI-FI excelente ★ A cozinha tem tudo que precisamos, frigobar, fogão... ★ Banheiro e Toilet separados e excelentes ! ★ Localização perfeita estávamos de carro e para nós foi ótimo ★ Cama muito confortável! DICA : Sempre reservamos com 2 camas de solteiro, que juntas se tornam quase 1 King... já que as camas de “casal” aqui na França, normalmente são pequenas - 1,38 X 1,90

Comfortable enough but no hotel staff on site
This was an OK hotel. Rooms are comfortable enough and good for the price. We picked the location because it was close to the soccer stadium and walkable from the metro. It's a little different because everything is automated - we never saw a hotel employee the whole time we were there. More suited if you have a car - we were relying on public transport to get around. We would have liked to store our luggage there after check out but there was no facility to do that.

Great apartments, spotlessly clean!
The apartments are very generous and clean. Definitely would recommend it or use myself again in future. The only downside was that the reception was closed on the day we arrived due to public holidays-this might be normal for France but unheard of elsewhere. There was only a simple piece of paper in the reception area stating the closure of the reception but no instructions on what to do. Had to check my email again and in the spam folder I found an email with instructions. In French... Luckily I understand French but management please wake up to the fact that most people do not. We met several other guests in the lobby to whom we had to explain the whole issue. But again the place was really good.

Amazing value hotel
Amazing value for money. We normally stay in a local Campanile in a single room but with the Séjours & Affaires Rennes Villa Camilla you get a small kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave coupled with a large seating area with TV. Separate bedroom (with TV) and shower room. And it's cheaper than the Campanile!! All very clean. Secure underground parking if required (we travelled by motorcycle so took advantage of this). 30 min walk into Rennes. I'm glad the Campanile was fully booked.

Great simple hotel.
Walking distance to Rennes centre (approx 15mins) easy to get to from main route into Rennes, quiet University area. Large room with one double bed and a large sofa bed, bathroom and toilet, small kitchen within the sofa bed area. Quiet, clean, convenient and friendly. There are a couple of shops and creperie nearby and also a smart Macdonalds next door!

Great hotel for family trip
Really impressed with Séjours et Affaires Rennes - villa Camilla. Nice apartment with lot of space and storage. Clean and comfortable. Maybe it's just me but the website doesn't describe the room well. I was unsure before entering the room if there would be a sofa bed for the kids or not and was half prepared to have to book an additional room. Not only there was a sofa bed but it was ready for the children to get in for a good night sleep. Small kitchen with microwave, kettle and all the necessary. Soap and shampoo available in the bathroom. Bring your own tea bags ;) as only one offered. Great price too. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Stay away from this place!
Safety and comfort of the guests is not their concern at all. In our case, room was shaby- furniture is old and stained; refrigirator - stinky and in desperate need of cleaning etc. But the worst is compleate lack of safety and security. First floor windows (floor to ceiling) don't have even bug net for protection. The sidewalk and parking lot are right on the other side (same level) without any separation. If window is opened (during the warm periods), any body can just walk in. If windows are closed, there is only glass for protection. Terribly overpriced for the value!!!

2 night stay in Renne
2 night stay. Hotel is in need of renovation, questionable stains on the couch which is the fold out bed. Noise from neighbours can be easily heard. Boiler going on and off through the night in the apartment made it difficult to sleep at times! Bus stop 5 min from hotel and 10 minutes from there to city centre. Parking was 6 euro per night. By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff they were all very friendly and welcoming.

Good basic apartment hotel
Spent a week in early July at this hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to the metro and bus lines. It was also close to the ring road for ease access to other locations in Bretagne. The main complaint we had with this hotel was due in part to the heat. Without air conditioning or even a fan, the air was stifling in our interior corner unit.

The hotel is in a pleasant, quiet residential neighborhood with little nearby--just a few fast food restaurants and a grocery store. It's a twenty minute walk from the nearest edge of the city center, and a 35-40 minute walk to the train station. We stayed in a one-bedroom which was spacious but not very well laid out: the minuscule kitchen area provided no storage space whatever, although folding tables provided reasonable work surface. The furniture was a bit battered, with a tear in the sofa, but the floor was hard-surfaced and reasonably clean. Hallway carpets are a bit stained but not awful by French standards. Our biggest complaint concerns noise from other rooms: the bathroom door slams shut automatically, and we heard doors slamming all night. Management should provide a way to cushion the doors so that they don't bang. There is a laundry room in the hotel: small, but with good machines. Please note that management is around only on a limited schedule: very limited on weekends. If no one is present, there is a lockbox system for getting one's key. On balance, although no feature of the hotel is more than average, reasonable pricing made this hotel an excellent value for a week-long stay.

Une seule nuitée mais qui s'est très bien passée. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Peut-être un bémol sur le descriptif en ligne : je ne me souviens pas avoir vu que l'animal de compagnie devait un supplément, de même pour le parking de l'hôtel (mais un parking libre et gratuit est accessible de l'autre côté du boulevard). Accueil sympathique à la réception, de bons conseils pour se rendre en centre ville.
