Pathetic experience

In the first room that we got, the room is not at all what the photos look like. The bathroom doesn't have a bath tub or a separate bathing area. The water clogged up and flowed outside the door making the carpet wet. The toilet flush didn't work. When we told the hotel staff about it, one of them was very rude and refused to change our room starting that they are overbooked. We said we won't live here and asked for a refund. They gave us a new room then. I wonder how they had availability in that case.

Clean and comfort hotel but far from the city.

Hotel and room are nice in general, but the smoking smell from the next door was problem, even though all room in the hotel was non-smoking room according to reception.

Mold-smell in my room

Was not very happy and changed my booking after the first night, went downtown Strasbourg instead. I may have been out of luck but my room smelt like mold, it was not very modern and breakfast was not enjoyable at all, very smalm variety, hard bread, low quality. Service is nice, people are nice but the hotel is 'done'.

Very expensive for drinks at 8 euros a beer , wifi rubish also having to log on every two minutes

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Need total renovation!
Location: Ok
Worst breakfast in Europe! Dirty carpet, poor service, and not a travel friendly environment.
