Pro: -- Family oriented environment, having a pool is a plus -- Staff were very responsive, respectful, and professionals -- Secure, Security Guards were very helpful Con: -- Bed sheets being recycled were old and stained -- Under the bed is not clean, broken remote controls -- Smells when you first open the door -- AC makes a lot of noise -- Slamming doors will keep you awake -- Not a sound proof, chatter & yelling can be heard Hotel Management really need to keep-up with the building maintenance and cleanliness. Rooms need to be painted and would be nice to have a new clean bedsheets, and do not re-use stained sheets! Air Conditioning desperately need to be replace. Listen to them, see if anyone could get a good night sleep while it is running. As they say, you get what you paid for, so I am not expecting too much, but having a clean room would be nice. Make sure to provide the needed tools and materials that the Cleaning Crew needed to be successful.

Very good accommodations, great staff
Check in was excellent. The staff was both professional and personable. There was a problem with WiFi yin the room we initially got and they happily put us in a different room. Everyone is very good at their jobs and very friendly. The room is spotless. My only input is that it would be nice to have a kettle to heat water and make coffee. Other than that, it's exactly what we need at a good price...

Super strategic location, one can easily go to the mall,maret, restaurants, church, plaza etc..just by walking. Hotel staff friendly, room clean, food in the restaurant was sumptuous-congrats chef!

More expensive rooms are quite nice. Cheap rooms are too small. Location is walking distance to wharf (boats to Guimaras island) and Robinson mall. Decent breakfast. Neighborhood might look a bit sketchy, but actually rather safe. Staff is excellent. Overall, very nice stay for checking out Guimaras and Iloilo City.

In my 2 weeks stay, I can say that I was comfortably settled away from home. I admire such warm and amazing staff who were prompt in responding to our needs. The linens and towels were changed everyday. I love the quiet surroundings and the food so yummy. I would love to stay in Circle Inn again on my next vacation. The hotel is located in a slum district, which made going out somewhat uncomfortable. The bathroom lighting was very poor, the staff replaced the bulbs, but the problem was in the wiring because the bulbs kept blowing. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all during the ten days that I was there.

Nice hotel centrally located to all fun activities
Located on a dead end road which I like because it felt exclusive and private. The staff are so kind and hospitable you feel like royalty. The rooms are just what we needed and for the price was expecting a budget hotel but the rooms were very nice and well kept. They bring you anything you need and room service is great. The pool is all lit up at night and very inviting but unfortunately we didn't have time to swim as we were so busy with activities. A/c runs cold and the water runs hot. Right next door is a little bar if you need a nightcap before bed. Always have a game plan because if you walk outside looking like you don't know where you're going, a trike will have you hop in and take you right to a hostess bar. Oops! Security and bellhops are kind and helpful and will help flag down a taxi if you need it. Close to the mall and Smallville which is great fun if you like to eat, drink and karaoke. I will recommend this to my friends and will stay here again when I visit iloilo!

Circle Inn has been my hotel of choice when staying in Iloilo City for the past 3 or 4 years. I witnessed how the hotel get old and quite disappointed that the culture of the people working for the hotel rwas not maintained with the hotel itself. The receptionists and room service staff seem unhappy and less attentive and room service is bad (ordered a sunny-side-up egg but waited for 30min only to end up with a well-done-broken-yolk fried egg). They gave less amenity - no more dental kit, cheap shampoo and soap. Sheets are old as well, but clean. Room is clean but dull. The only plus in this hotel is the reduced (promo) cost per night and the pool.

the greatest plus to this hotel is the internet in the room. something must be done on the small insects in the room. it must be fumigated regularly. we had a very nice view of guimaras island!! will definite recommend to friends for as long as the recommended work to do list is done.

The staff were easily accessible, extremely nice and overall accommodating. The room we have selected was adequate in size, while the bathroom is clean and appears to be maintained properly. The inn is also conveniently located downtown and close to landmarks such as Museo Iloilo and the Old City Hall. Overall, we highly recommend this inn to others who prefer fairly affordable place to stay with customer service-oriented staff.
