The best hotel in Tokyo full stop . If you are looking for a Japanese experience you cannot beat it . The Rooms are authentic. The staff are superb . The location is great . Look no further for your stray .
I like the nice services provided by the staff. Also, the room is large compared with others and is clean and new. I will consider to book this service apartment again next time:)
Reception staff are good, but when I finished breakfast saying thank you to everybody else but me! Especially person like manager saw me leaving but didn’t say anything, I will never go there to have breakfast.
This hotel was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. It is also located close to subway stations, restaurants and other services. The rooms were clean, had a lot of amenities and well thought out features.
Location was perfect, staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and the room was great.
The location of this property is excellent. Literally 25 steps from Tokyo Station. Check-in is on the 27th floor with rooms above. We were on the 32nd floor and loved our corner room. The room is small, but with walls of windows on two sides, the views are amazing. We really enjoyed the hotel breakfasts, ...
Clean, cheap and efficient Annoying that you have to leave at 10am everyday.
Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast that overlooks lush atrium water garden.
