Fire alarm activation during the night, room was phoned twice early in the morning and breakfast buffet selection was poor with staff struggling to keep up with demand. Used to love this hotel but standards appear to have slipped.

Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The living room/dining room combo was a great place to hang out before heading to bed. The location was perfect, close to all of old town and right off the Royal Mile. Add to that, the locker luggage storage was most welcome before and after checkout.
