This is the second time I’ve stayed at the property. The hotel is nice, clean, and safe but it is very far from Seoul. The only con is that there is no conditioner nor toothpaste and toothbrushes provided.

If you have a need to be in the area, seems the only decent option. Chinatown, Jayu Park nearby. Not much foot traffic in the area, so it does not particularly feel safe at night. Old property. Some mildew in shower and lotion bottle seemed contaminated. Minimal amenities.

Not convenient for tourist. if you want to catch subway it will take you 2 hours from the airport three line changes. At night its a ghost town. Nothing to do here.

Excellent location. Excellent customer service. Close to Chinatown lot of small restaurants and coffee shoots. E martins close driving distance. …but No where close to airport. One hr drive to terminal 2.

Check in was not good or friendly. Bed was good and comfy. Our room was not serviced on our second day, and reception was very unhelpful. Think we will stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel was great to check out Incheon before heading to the airport. It’s a neat city with an interesting history, and the hotel is well-located to access some of the more vibrant parts.

Excellent customer service, terrific breakfast buffet and convenient vehicle parking. Cool spring weather yet my room was consistently 25-27C which required AC even at night time. The staff said it’s because we are facing the sun. Alright, but why hot overnight?

직원분들은 친철했습니다 바닥 카펫은 오래되서 냄새났고 청소도 완벽하지 않았어요 방에 창문이 없어서 환기가 전혀 안되었고, 담배 냄새가 너무 심해서 잠을 잘수가 없을정도였어요. 가족 투숙보단 비지니스 웍샵 단체 투숙객들이 많습니다 근처에 차이나타운 월미도 이동은 쉬웠어요. 인천공항과는 다소 거리가 멀어요.

Very good!
This hotel is walking distance to china town and the Sea train station. Which you can easily go to Wol Mi do. Also right across street from Art district I was able to visit many galleries to see some artist’s work for free. Many places to eat and visit without a car. I was staying 2 nights they gave me a room in 11th floor with a harbor view. The room was tiny ( compare to where I’m coming from) but had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly especially, Mr. Ko ( front manager) speaks very good English and helped me get a taxi to my next destination when I checked out. I would recommend strongly for people want to visit China town and Wol Mi Do before heading to Seoul from In chun airport. Forgot to mentioned that 7eleven is on the first floor so very convenient to get something you need at night.

Comfortable room.
Wonderful room and was very comfortable. Only down side was a disconnect between the night staff and the day staff. We asked night staff for late check out and they okayed it (my partner is Korean so no language errors), but when we called the desk in the am to confirm what time late checkout was, we were told it was impossible as they were fully booked. When I mentioned to her that we were told the night before it was ok, she tried hard to give us an extra hour, but as someone who has worked in top level customer service, I could tell it was going to be difficult, so we checked out at normal time.

Great location with free parking but not clean
This was our second stay. We loved the location. We were the party of four and got two twin beds non-smoking rooms. The floor were dirty (we found long hair and little trash) and window had hand prints everywhere). We smelled cigarette smoke in one of the room and complained. Front worker offered febreeze to spray the room.

Good but can definitely be improved.
Stayed one night here. Location is really good, super close to the china town, within walking distance from Incheon station and Wolmi-do theme park. Room looked nice, too, with a stunning view of the port. We especially liked the curtains that closed entirely without a gap between them, and how the airconditioner was located. We thought that it could do with a little more care for the hyginene, though. The fact that they didn't register us for anything at the reception while Covid is still prevailing bothered us quite some bit. Also, we spotted some hair on the bathroom floor. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves while staying at this hotel, quite recommendable.

The room is clean and quite spacious. Staff is helpful in showing directions of eating place nearby and even printed out a map showing the exact direction for our use. Breakfast spread is also adequate. Walkable distance to Chinatown and subway (about 15 mins).
