Front desk service is terrible. Sometimes there is no one availavable. This is not professional. It looks like small business which is not suitable for airport hotels that they claim.

청소가 전혀되어있지않습니다. 전날 누가파티를 했는지, 바닥에 반짝이가 널려있고, 베란다 문은 다 고장나있고, 발코니 와인 흘린자국 그대로 남아있고, 객실비품도 준비되어있지않아서, 물어보니 연말이라 모자란다고 합니다. 서비스도 별로고, 청소도 별로고, 정말 별로였습니다.

They allowed me to check in early because my wife got sick on our flight and we needed an emergency hotel room. Thanks so much! Plus the price was super low and the rooms very clean and spacious enough, with a fridge and a kettle and a smart tv.

같은 건물에 오피스텔이 있엉서 그런지 건물 내 주차공간이 매우 매우 매우 부족해요 지하주차장에 주차 못하면 호텔 앞 공터에 하면 된다고는 합니다만.. 호텔을 두 개 운영사가 나눠서 운영해서 체크인 카운터도 나뉘어 있는데 적극적으로 알려주셔야 손님들이 헷갈리지 않고 맞는 줄에 서서 기다릴 듯 합니다. 또 체크인 대기줄 서있는데 직원분이 마스크 내리고 음료 드시고 계시던데 힘드시겠지만 카운터에서는 마스크를 안내리셔야 하지 않을까요 객실은 넓진 않지만 무난했고 화장실 샤워커튼에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다 방음은 잘 되는 것 같아요 층간소음은 딱히 느끼지 못했어요
