Place is being remodeled. Breakfast was supposed to go till 9. By 8 it was crumbs or cereal. Coffee was rarely full. If you are low on funds & need a place to stay, this is your place. This is not a vacation destination. Homeless folks pan handle at the traffic corners. They get some cash & get a room here. Many are mentally ill when they speak to you, but they still hang out around the hotel.

I had two rooms for two nights. First night there were dead cockroaches throughout the rooms and the floors had not been swept or cleaned. Rooms conditions were poor. In one room the comforter was pulled tight, but the sheets had not been changed. There were pubic hairs on the sheets from the previous guest. The other room smelled so badly of smoke that it triggered my asthma. There were also cigarette burn holes in the comforter. (This is a non-smoking hotel) The next night our rooms had not been serviced when we returned and we had no clean towels, garbage still in the cans and the beds not made, etc... The morning we checked out the housekeeper admitted that she doesn't go into rooms, if nobody is there so she doesn't get accused of stealing something. Management was very nice and apologetic and corrected things as best they could. But after this, I will never stay in a Clarion Pointe Hotel again.

Probably won't stay here again.
We were told we would be getting a reimbursement because we paid for a KING but only got a Queen - but that hasn't come through. The staff was nice but the condition of the "newly renovated room" was not great. Electrical receptacles hanging out - peeling walls - no mat for the walk out shower and the tiles were VERY slippery. Coffee was terrible. Very little sound-proofing. Lobby was nice.

Room absloutely stunk of smaking, cigs or something else. UPON COMPLAINING THEY GAVE US A DIFFERNT ROOM. When we got to it it was not ready, After being told that it was we went in and there was no trash recepticle. NO clock. That was rectified and we had no remote for the TV. That never did get fixed. No soap of any kind in in the room. Internet did not work, TV didn't work. A few bugs in the bathroom. Maintanance man attempted to help us but didn't seem to be able to help except for the waist basket.

Worst motel ever!
Romm was filthy filthy filthy!!! The housekeeper was rude and obviously not much at doing her job! Ugh is all i can say! The worst motel i ever stayed in, which by the way, I've paid much less for a heck of a lot better!

Needs update
Room needs new furniture. bathroom caulk looks yucky around shower. Wall board by shower is water soaked. Not sure that the room had been cleaned thoroughly (q tip behind toilet, rubberband on sink cabinet). Light switch by front door didn't work. Breakfast was just cereal and waffle mix.

They gave us two rooms back to back that had people in them so we walked in on people, our third room the water in the shower didn’t work, there was stains in the sheets, and it smelt like smoke. All ACs were turnt if so room was hot most the night. The last room sheets were clean but there were roaches in bathroom. Also in a seems not so good part of town heard gunshots while laying there. Will never stay again.

When I arrived there was no one at the front to check us in. The phone was ringing but wasn’t being answered I tried calling as well it wasn’t answered, when I contacted an agent through hotels they weren’t able to get in touch with anyone at the hotel either. I was about to see if I could cancel the booking since no one was coming to check me in when someone finally came. After getting checked in and getting my tired kids to the room we discover we didn’t get the size of room we booked. Overall a huge haste and very disappointing. I would have chosen a different hotel if the room size wasn’t misleading.

Looks are deceiving from the lobby. Go elsewhere
I thought it was going to be a nice place from walking into the lobby but once we got to our room I was highly disappointed. Paying $150 a night for this place is ridiculous. We could have stayed at a much cleaner place. The bedding looked like it hadn't even been changed just made. The bed skirts were absolutely filthy. The floors felt like there was a film of grease on them. Not to mention the cockroach crawling on the beside table.

This hotel was awful!! The first thing i noticed walking into the lobby was a very strong odor of marijuana!! Had a hooker knock on our door by accident, she ment to knock on the room next door. The amount of activity at all hours day/night is ridiculous! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!

DISGUSTING
The pictures online definitely needs to be updated. This hotel is clearly a prostitution site. Seeing half naked women coming in and out of rooms while sitting in the car waiting my husband to check in. We get to the room and smell was so horrible I almost threw up. There was no lights on the room. There was roaches crawling on the walls and a bed bug on the bed. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned all year. Didn’t even sit our things down left and went to ask for a refund. The guy said he accidentally put us on the wrong room…ummm I highly doubt that. This place is a dump. Going to wait a few days and see if our refund will be processed if not definitely going to dispute with our bank. STAY AWAY

We decided not to stay with this hotel due to the cleanliness of the establishment. The first room that they assigned us was not only dirty, we also found tools and an unfinished repair. The second room had dirt and mold everywhere. The receptionist made the cancellation and told us to wait for the confirmation of the refund that she would send by email because the printer was not available. I have not yet received any confirmation from the place. Hotels.com is already working on this case and so far they have informed me that they have not yet been able to contact with them.

Sketchy ghetto people walking around all over the property. They were visibly drinking and using. Didn’t feel safe at all. Tv did not work. Told the manager on Friday night and several times on Saturday. Told me they would have the maintenance guy come fix it and never did. Housekeeping never came u til I told management about it. Bugs were in the bathroom. Cannot believe we paid 245 for two nights at this slum.

Dirty gross room!!
Dirty! Bugs! I walk in the room and the first thing I saw was a roach run across the floor. We stepped in and saw multiple other bugs dead in the floor. The tile floor was sticky and had not been moped recently at all. Dirt and hair also on the floor. Instead of a curtain there was a shower curtain hung up that let light in like it was daytime outside during the night. Our room had recently had new tile and a tile shower put it. But it had all the old wore out furniture still in it. The ladies at the counter were nice. But I would never stay here again for anything. It was disgusting.

Waited in line to check in for half an hour. We actually left the second we entered the room.The room was a pit… cockroaches on the walls and floor… counted at least 4. Also disgusting walls, bed, hair on the toilet. No toilet lid to the tank We have to drive back to St Louis tonight bc hotels are packed. An absolute joke and complete disappointment. Front office promised a refund… please ensure that happens!

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming however the room was very filthy. When we received new towels for the room the towels we recieved were dirty, we saw several cockroaches and there were holes in the walls.

Sorry, but this was the worst place we have stayed
This was one of the dirtiest, smelliest, run down placed we have even stayed. Sorry! The lady at the front desk was very nice. The "breakfast" was not worth looking at. There seemed to be people living in some of the rooms smoking and the general property was very unkempt. We loved that it had hot water. The bed was grungy, but we slept okay on it. Bugs in the room were annoying. Air conditioned worked! There were obvious efforts to repair, paint, etc. but all the work seems shoddy and even unfinished in most places. We are surprised that Clarion would allow their name to be associated with this property. We are so sorry to say we will never stay here again and we can not recommend it.

I’ll never stay there again
It was filthy. None of us even wanted to use the shower. Dirty sheets. A broken shelf in the bathroom. The rooms smelled terrible.

Run away fast!!!
This is not a place to bring your family. The room smells like mold. There are numerous holes in the walls. There's no cold water, just hot and scolding hot. There's no stoppers in the sink or bathtub. The bedspreads have cigarette burns. The people in the room next to us live there. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Staff was very nice. Air conditioner worked very well (it was 105 degrees). Room was very outdated, a lot of things were broken (lamps, soap dispenser, towel rack, Ice maching), cleanliness was an issue. Continental breakfast was just cereal and white bread. There were a lot of people just milling around the motel...didn't feel safe.

Property looks nice and the updated lobby is cute. Rooms appear modern even though the furniture is well worn. There was no fridge, microwave or coffee maker as advertised. Did see a couple roaches but otherwise the room was fairly clean. Beds were comfortable, but blankets could have used a good wash. Overall 5/10.

Room was not very clean. We found a set of fake eyelashes under the ottoman and cockroaches in the bathroom. There was no fridge in the room and the tv didn't work.

Room was dirty. Comforter was "crunchy". Flies all over. blood splatter on wall. Shower looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. Outside was dirty. Looks like some remodel going on? A lot of people just hanging out....questionable characters.

The Property had Overflowing Trash Outside. Walking up the stairs to my room was riddled with Cigarette Butts. None of the Outlets in my Room worked Neither Did The TV. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’d never stay Here again!
