This is the second time I’ve stayed and every morning house keeping decides to bang on your door and this time they actually entered our room...the hotel was not very accommodating being that this was the second time that night I had an issue.

Check in process poor

We tried to check at 4 pm. Rooms were not ready. Had to use the bathroom to change so I could attend my schedule event on time. Notice a good number of people just trying to check out. Staff made no effort to accomodate. No compensation for the inconvenience what so ever.

Dirty and loud

Trash all over from the night before. Cigarette laying on the floor right where you check in. Dirty socks in the walkways kids running around

Always stay here when in town. Quiet location. Rates are excellent as well. Enjoy the omelettes.

Great hotel

As soon as we walked through the hotel doors, we saw how nice of a place it was, then we got to experience the great staff as well. When we saw the room, we couldn’t believe we got the price we did because of how amazing it was. Overrall, amazing hotel.

Pros: Very little
Cons: Most everything, especially the front desk
Location: Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, downtown right off interstate 77, Jack Casino, the Christmas House, Mabel's BBQ
Dreadful! Site doesn't list shuttle hours vary; close at 11pm. Room requested wasn't available at chek-out, they had given it to someone else... Very noisy. Completely inexperienced staff.

Hotel is great for families for Train (CVSR)

Stayed here one night. Great room for a family of 6. Less than 2 miles to CVSR train ride for the polar express. Pool and hot tub open late - so after train ride, we had fun. Great free hot breakfast - something for everyone.
