Hotel

We had left our charger there. I called and the front desk lady said that she had it. I went to pick it up and the plug in piece was missing. She told me that the cleaning lady lost the other part of my charger? Really??? That was a $65.00 charger. The people above us stomped all night long.

A place to sleep.

Pros: I didn't see any bugs or stains on the bed.
Cons: The AC unit kept things humid and barely cool. Adding a mini-fridge would be invaluable. More variety to the continental breakfast would be nice.
I'm not sure if the rate I paid was more than normal due to the Solar Eclipse, but for the price I expected much more. There was one vending machine and ice machine in the entire hotel. There wasn't any fridge in the room, which I was expecting. The continental breakfast was across the parking lot due to construction, and even that was extremely disappointing. Bland half-bagels, sausage, and eggs are really all that was there at 8am. I would not go back to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to friends.

Hotel under construction.

Pros: Not a whole lot.
Cons: Finish the construction and train employees how to program keys.
Location: We were only there to view the eclipse in another city.
Construction workers in hall way, no carpet on the floor. No breakfast area, had to walk next door to get complimentary breakfast. That hotel was not prepared to handle both hotels. No clean plates, silverware or napkins available. Short on many food items and very crowded. My keys had to be reprogrammed twice because the receptionist programmed them incorrectly. We stayed for two days and I guess that messed her up.

OOPS! WE FORGOT TO TELL YOU WE ARE REMODELING...

It is under construction so there were not the amenities that Fairfield usually has. This was NOT mentioned on the Hotels.com connection for this. The bed was very comfortable but everything was old and had a bit of a smoke and dingy smell. Breakfast was good but not at the fairfield. I had to eat at the hotel next door. Not a big deal but i would expect to have been told this and received a discount. I did get 3 free water bottles though : )

Horrible Stay. Hotel under construction.

The entire first floor of the hotel is under construction and no-one alerted us to this prior to or during making the reservation. To get breakfast you have to walk next door to the hotel. The air conditioner in the room was not working. We told the staff and they told us to opt the window. The room is basic. Plain walls. Would not recommend this hotel.
