Nice motel near Cuyahoga National Park

Pros: Desk staff was great and the appetizers welcome.
Location: This motel is about 2 miles from the Cuyahoga Scenic Railway and a great jumping off place for the National Park.
We were welcomed by a friendly and efficient staff who invited us to partake of their appetizer table, this was complete with wine. Nice after a long day of driving. Room was comfortable and in good condition.

Easy access to downtown Cleveland

Pros: Central to traveling all directions around the Cleveland area
Cons: Nothing
Location: An abundance of quality restaurants and entertainment
The check in process was smooth and quick. After finding out we were here for a family funeral, we were given a bereavement discount without me even asking.

Very nice, clean hotel close to downtown.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, breakfast was good also.
Location: Very convenient to downtown Cleveland.
The hotel was very nice, clean and the bathroom was huge, plenty of room for two people to get read. The hotel is a short (10-15 minute) Uber from downtown Cleveland.

Awesome stay. Never been in a hotel that was so quiet!! Very relaxing and comfortable. There was a lot of cars there so I assume they were close to capacity yet you would have thought we were the only guests there. Will definitely stay here again 💜

Beautiful and comfy

Excellent comfort with updated awesome shower. Could use a touch more cleanliness (found 3 hairs which is a pet peeve). Beds are super comfy. Prices are excellent. Breakfast is good. Staff is attentive and warm-reason we've stayed here twice.

Kyle was a nice night time manager, the rest were not very accommodating for the inconvenience we experienced. air conditioner leaked soaking a corner of the room. water was shut off the morning of our departure for over an hour. had a maintenance guy in our room for a few hours and the problem wasn't even resolved

Nice hotel and room, but experience not great

Pros: the hotel was nice and the room was big Night manager Kyle was great
Cons: air conditioner quality not turning your water off while guests are getting ready to check out a bit friendly staff - night manager Kyle was great
1. Air conditioner was leaking water and one corner of the room was soaking wet. They gave us a night off due to the inconvenience which was nice, but then we had maintenance in our room the next day (for a few hours) and said they fixed the issue. About 3 ours later the floor was soaking wet again. 2. They informed us the water would be turned off at 9:30 AM the day we were checking out. Inconvenient but thanks for the heads up. Around 10AM we asked if it was back on so we could clean up and they said no it was just turned off because maintenance was late. As of 11 AM still no water, so we left not being able to clean up.
