Dissapointed Arkansas Traveller

This motel was booked in advance, back on March 5th,knowing that we would be arriving April 14th. Upon arriving my husband and I entered and nobody was visible and my husband had to yell out at the desk a couple of times. Their person at the desk gave us our room number and asking if there was any way that we could have a closer room as my husband is disabled, I was told "no, you booked through Hotels.com and that the rooms up front are suites." I was never asked if perhaps we could upgrade. Then we were told we could park at the back of the parking lot as there was a door entrance back there where we could use our card to get in. We drove back there and the door was duct taped with no way to have security and anyone could have came in the back door. We went on entering the room as we had been driving for 6 1/2 hours. We decided to freshen up and went into the bathroom and upon pulling down the seat in the shower, as this room was a handicapped room, there was soap scum all over the seat where you would have to sit. It appeared that nobody cleaned this seat at all. It appeared that these rooms are not being inspected prior to arrival of bookings. We were both disappointed. At checkout time, there was a different person at the desk and I showed this young man photos I took of what I saw, giving him an ear full of what transpired at our checkin the prior afternoon. Sorry to say, but we will not be staying at this facility again.
