Not so nice
The hotel staff were very short and not so welcoming upon arrival. In fact, he seemed annoyed he had to check us in. The bathroom had someone elses hair in the shower, the water smelled and tasted bad the toilet was broken. The morning breakfast was not so good and the staff kept munching on the food (one took 12 sausages) so the remaining guests didnt have enough food. It was very disappointing.

Hasn’t been updated in years, breakfast is just a bunch of microwaved food that you have to ask for. Honestly would be better spending a little bit more and going to the holiday in across the street.

Hot food warmer needs to be replaced. Food needed to be microwaved to be hot. Cover on warmer broke so when you lift lid the other half falls off. Hallway was not vacuumed for 2 days & my bed looked just like I just got out of it, homekeeping didn’t make it. I have always stayed there with no issues when visiting in Parsons but I will reconsider the next time.

Could not get my TV to get channels so called front desk. The gentleman working that night seemed annoyed and said he’d be up soon. After 15 min called again, no answer, so went to front desk and he said he’d be up to look at it in a minute. He came up looked at it for a minute, unplugged it and he said, “it will come on in a minute.” After a few minutes as it did a self check, I was still unable to get tv on, so paid for room w/o tv because I wasn’t going through all that again. Also room smelled like vomit. I have stayed at this place several times before and have always had good service, but not this time. Also have had issues not getting tv to work but a girl came and fixed it right away. Maybe you could provide instructions on what to choose. I was very annoyed about the young man’s attitude in helping rectify the situation but chose not to address it again because I probably would not have been very nice, so chose to ignore it!

Was clean and comfortable. Needs updated though, things are getting worn and old, dated. No usb ports to plug into, not enough outlets for needed items; had cpap and heating pad and wanted the light too.

Definitely Staying Again!
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. I accidentally left one of my personal pillows behind and my friend that we went to visit went down to grab it for me. They had already set it back for us :-)

The Quality Inn was good enough. My problem is with Expedia and Trip Advisor. Expedia charged me $14.06 MORE THAN THE PRICE QUOTED DIRECTLY FROM Quality Inn. Now I have to try and get a refund from Expedia for overcharging me to use their service that is supposed to get me the best price for a hotel room. Not good at all.

They had no Internet or TV service. Their computer systems were down. when I booked the room I asked for a rollaway bed. They said they had it when I checked in. he said he would bring it to my room. I told him okay no rush I have to leave and won't be back till late. when I got back the bed was not there. Apparently they had given it to someone else after I'd ask for it? An i ended up sleeping on the floor

Our heater in the room didn't work. I called the front desk and they said they'd get back to me. Waited 30 minutes, went to desk and asked to change rooms if no one could fix it. Waited almost a total of 2 hours before we were given a different room. First room had dog food on floor and on the desk chair. 2nd room had a working heater but had makeup smeared on sink faucet and toilet handle.

I was in ADA room TV remote would not change channel and could not change the channel at the TV called front desk 3 times to be told they would be up to repair never showed up. Customer service was horrible. I don’t recommend any to stay at this hotel.
