Nice view from every room

Cons: Living area furniture should be updated.
Location: Waterfront, some restaurants close by.
Hotel good location and clean, safe in the room did not work, overall will recommend. Rooms are noisy.

Hidden parking fee

An $8/day parking fee (plus tax) was not disclosed on Expedia! Carpet was stained. Lamps hard to turn off in bedroom without pushing them off the nightstand. Pool area was nice as was access to beach.

Way too much smoking on back balconies-

Pros: ocean front
Cons: ENFORCE SMOKING BAN AND PUT UP MUCH BETTER SIGNS!
Staff seemed far too casual about smoking and it really degraded our experience !!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful ocean side Hotel!

Cons: The pillows were flat. I just prefer a firmer pillow. The fan in the bathroom was dirty. More thorough dusting and vacuuming could have been done.
Location: There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel gives you recommendations of where to eat and activities to do which was helpful.
We loved our 3 night stay at this hotel. The view we had was incredible from both from the east and west. The room had everything we needed with a very nice layout. Having 2 separate rooms with each having a TV made it nice if one of us wanted to get to sleep earlier and one wanted to stay up and watch TV. The ocean air was lovely. The balcony was spacious and clean. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as it was cold. We had cooler weather with a lot of wind. It was fun watching the surfers and many of them using kites to move down the water. We loved working out in the fitness room and had it to ourselves the 2 times we went in there. We didn't realize there was an 8.00 dollar a day charge for parking so that was unfortunate. But overall, a very nice experience.

Very nice, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

nice hotel close to the beach.not handicap friendy

Pros: was very clean. view was great as we had an ocean front room . over all this hotel was fine. the staff were very friendly.
Cons: toilet could be raised up some as this was a handicap room with a roll in shower
Location: the location was good . restaurants were close by and also was some shopping
very good hotel. the toilet was very low for a handicap room. room was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The room was not very clean. Dirty sock left in the corner of the room and shower was not clean.

Beautiful view but in need of a remodel.

Pros: The view from the balcony. The beach was beautiful. Lovely swimming pool. Liked the restaurant.
Cons: Thoroughly clean the bathroom, replace the caulk around the base of the toilet, bleach the mold in the shower, replace the carpeting.
Location: Orlando is just an hour and a half away. Close to Cape Canaveral.
The positive things: The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant, Sea Grapes, was excellent. The pool looked lovely and the view from our balcony was fantastic. The negative things: the room was outdated and in need of repair. The carpeting had several large red stains. The sofa in the living area was ripped. The bathroom was disgusting. Really old white tile shower with visible black mold and dingy grout that needed a good bleaching. A glass shower door that wasn't cleaned well. The tile around the base of the shower door was filthy and the caulk around the toilet was brown and rust stained. The front door was not sealed well and during the three days of rain, wind poured into the room. Maid service was minimal.....I could tell they did NOT vacuum the carpeting (cracker crumbs were there the next day) and the sheets were never changed. I accidentally left tissue in the bed and the maid made the bed right over it and never changed the sheets.

Needs updating

Pros: Common Areas were nice
Cons: The rooms need to be updated
Location: Love the area, won't stay here next time we visit
Initial room we were given was in terrible shape. Shower doors falling off the hinges. Not very clean. pull out couch was awful and I am not sure the bed linens were clean. Had to change rooms - the second one was better, but still needs some deep cleaning and updating.

Suprising service that made us feel right at home!

This is the most like home I have felt at any hotel in a long time! The staff is really accommodating and friendly, and the amenities indoors and out are casual and accessible for families. All rooms have Ocean view and balconies or patios. It was quite an experience, we would choose it as a destination rather than a pitstop next trip! Oh and its a dog friendly hotel. Even at the outdoor bar. We made a few four legged friends on our trip.
