"The staff during breakfast were excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean and it was easy access to many good restaurants and coffee shops in the area."

"When we opened up the sofa bed it has big stains on it. Then I took out the extra sheets from the bag and they also had stains on it. Kids were already so tired and cranky and I didn't want them to see and feel uncomfortable about it so we didn't call the front desk. Once we went to the the pool my husband saw an employee and wanted to ask some basic questions like where is the bathroom/shower where to pick up the towels but he didn't give clear answers as he kept walking mid conversation. They were helpful and we were able to have an early check in and kids had a lot of fun in the pool but I am not sure if we will ever go back."

"Clean and spacious room (we got the mountain view, beautiful and quiet), helpful and friendly staff, and you can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to a lot of museums, food, and shopping. The property probably hasn’t been upgraded in a while, there were a lot of little scuffs, scratches and tears in the room and common areas, but I don’t care much about that as long as it’s clean. Overnight parking is $30 which you have to purchase separately, it’s not a hotel charge, which is a little annoying but you can always find parking in the surrounding area if you want."

"Me and my partner come here once a month! Really wonderful hotel located right in downtown. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful 😬 Rooms are very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Pool area is very chill and there’s a great lounge area too. Overall I love this place and you really can’t beat the price especially with being right in the heart of downtown"

Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis

"We recently stayed at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis from May 30 to May 31 and ended up extending our stay for an extra night because we were enjoying ourselves and wanted more time to relax by the pool. We booked two villas, and the check-in process was smooth. Since we arrived early, the staff was kind enough to let us check into one of the rooms while the second villa was still being prepared. The villa was spacious and nicely laid out, with a kitchen, balcony, and a large round dining table that was perfect for our family. The only downside was that I found a cockroach near the toilet when I first checked the bathroom. That was definitely disappointing and something I didn't expect. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The resort has two pools, a jacuzzi, and an activity room with a billiards table and table tennis. They also offer activities for both kids and adults for an additional fee, which was nice to see. As a bonus, we received a free extra night after attending their vacation ownership/timeshare presentation. While we ultimately decided not to purchase, the presentation was informative, and we appreciated receiving the complimentary stay. Overall, despite the issue we encountered in the bathroom, we enjoyed our stay. The amenities, spacious villas, and friendly staff made for a pleasant and relaxing getaway."
