Excellent stay! All was perfect. Only suggestion on the balcony I think it would be wonderful to have a couple of chairs and a table to sit outside! Great views!

Beautiful property, staff was great. The only complaint was the pool. There were so many people, they would line up before the pool was opened and save all of the lounge chairs. It was congested. But the pool was beautiful and the waterfall sounds amazing from your room. 4 out of 5 for us just due to the sheer volume of people at the pool and lounge areas.

Parking was a hassle almost every day of the 3 night stay. Rules not enforced throughout the property. Pool chairs were all taken up within the first hour of sunlight by people reserving with towels for many hours.

Great hotel for families, spacious, and arcade option with bowling for kids is a nice touch. Pool is great, with sweeping mountain views in the background. Restaurant service was super slow at night. Not sure if it's short staffed or just slow in general, but waitress seemed absolutely exhausted. Saw her until 11pm then again at 8am, equally tired and unenthusiastic both times.

While all interactions with staff were great, it felt like the property was very understaffed and not able to serve a full house. The pool was filthy and the trash was never collected so cups and dirty dishes were everywhere and food in the pool. The food orders at the pool were a two hour wait. This place is way to nice to have such poor maintenance.

Property was great for our families needs. Great place to just stay put! The area is similar to the Palm Springs but the resort has amazing food so no real need to leave.

This hotel is nostalgic for me- I used to come as a kid, and now I bring my family and kids here. It is beautiful and the rooms have all been redone and upgraded beautifully. The valet guys are on top of it- incredibly hospitable and helpful and friendly. Also, Cuco at the pool was so kind. Beds are cozy and the property is well kept as always. However both nights we ate at the hotel the staff was completely lost. Food took over an hour both times and came out cold and overall unexciting. I also didn’t love that room service charges a delivery fee. Also, we found out that you can reserve VIP chairs online- I sure wish the front desk let us know about this upon check in. Over all I will always love this hotel and will continue to come here but I really hope to see some improvement in the restaurants/ kitchens.

Good family hotel, but very loud if you stay in the main block. There is a big open atrium and all the rooms are around it and all the noise from the the bar and restaurant travels straight up.They also play elevator music all night, it actually woke me up. If you get a room with a sofa bed, bring a comforter for it, they only provide a thin blanket. When I asked about it they said they don’t know if anyone is using it even thought you’re asked about how many will be in the room, ages etc. She said it’s a waste of time answering those questions… hilarious.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Unlike other places we visited in the past where there was always something to complain about. We are always critical of the shower but not this time. It was immaculate.

Pool service, food & drink were terrible.
Service, food & drinks at pool were awful. Many employees walked past us, no one offered to take our order. One employee told us if we didn’t want to wait for our server to go to the bar. I will say it also was not busy. Nachos were covered in Velveeta and canned olives. Bloody Mary tasted like fish. Yuck! Hotel was ok overall. Parking was expensive and only 4 EV chargers. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I frequent this property several years ago, where it was considered a five star location. But traveling there this weekend. With my two grandchildren. I was quite disturbed that the elevators are very dark. We were stuck in one of them. It wouldn’t go to the lower level. The sand pool was extremely dirty. The whole property needs to be shut down and renovate it for $688 plus room service I will not be returning. The food was subpar just not worth that kind of money.

Horrible experience 7 days could not wait to go home after the first!! Arrived to a horrible view dog non stop barking in the room next to us! They moved us to a room where another dog was barking heat/ac did not work we put it to 63 and it kept rising and to 74 and smelt like the place was burning down we called numerous times they said they would send engineers up to fix nobody came out tell night 5 and they fixed it for about 30 min then didn’t work again so we were 100 degrees at night !!we put our breakfast card out for am room service NO breakfast was left or card was not taken! We called about that too nobody got back to us just said it should have been taken.. They charge a daily fee to park a mile away! We will never stay there again!!! That was for my birthday week thinking is was going to be amazing nope!! Back to the W in rancho next time!!
