A good experience quiet and comfortable. Breakfast could have been better with more options a bagel and eggs would have been nice.

Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staffPosted Sep 13, 2015
Pros: Large room, cold air,no steps to climb and it was convenient to where we came to PA .
Cons: Parking lot always full, had to park around back even though our room was near front lobby.Black pickup truck stayed parked outside our window entire
Location: Next to Wal-Mart, & places to dine
Needed a nice place to stay while visiting family in area, this was a overall nice experience.

Not worth the money..Posted Apr 21, 2015 on Hotels
The "non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. The beds were uncomfortable, and the air conditioner had a musty smell to it. Our view from the room was a junk yard with a bunch of old rusty cars. We will definitely not be staying there again.

Just small issues.Posted Apr 7, 2015
Cons: Minor fix ups in the rooms.
Location: Strip malls and the college.
The location was perfect for what we needed it for. I did notice that the water was Luke warm, it never seem to get any warmer. The closet door would not stay shut, so our entry door was always blocked when we would enter or leave the room. there was no one available at the front desk after 10:00 PM. Over all, it was nothing to write home about, but it served it's propose for what we needed it for.

Great hotel right next to IUPPosted Apr 4, 2015
We had a problem with expedia putting us into a smoking room. The staff was so helpful and have us a free upgrade when they didn't have to. The hotel is near the main strip and college- perfect placement. Hotel is super clean with and indoor pool. Can't recommend enough!

Dont state herePosted Mar 23, 2015 on Hotels
My daughter got accepted to IUP (go Monet). We stayed here because we had a tour set up to visit the university 3/21/15. The hotel was approximately 10 minutes away from where we needed to be. The area in which the hotel was located was great. Ruby Tuesdays, Walmart, a drug store, Gas station, McDonald's etc all in the area (lovely). The Hotel itself is in need of upgrades. We were in a nonsmoking room that smelled of smoke. When you enter the hotel is smelled of an old damp basement. The beds were horrible they had dips in them as if someone slept in them for years at a time. We got no rest. We were itchy while laying in the bed we constantly checked for bed bugs which was an uncomfortable feeling. I like a room thats warm well the heat in this room wasnt working so the temperature was cool event my daughter thought so. I would not stay here again.
