I have booked many stays with Expedia. This is the first time I have been very disappointed with a place. I booked it for two nights, and after one night, I left this place. When we arrived, the front desk was very unprofessional, and it took more than usual to check in. The room is in pretty bad condition, the carpet is ripped, and the curtains are also ripped. The walls are paper thin, and I didn't get much sleep with too much noise. There was no room service. The pool has way too much bleach, which makes your eyes burn. The elevator is not working correctly. It says no smoking, but you see cigarette butts in the hallway and stairs. I have stayed at better hotels for a lower price.

Unfriendly staff. Advertised as pet friendly but was not. Hotel smelled like marijuana, quiet hours not enforced, TVs/music blaring all night, people running down the halls all night. No smoking facility with cigarette smoke and butts all over. Hole in the floor under the ac unit. There were no bath towels in the room. Terrible facility

This looked like a fairly new hotel but you could see a lack of care. Upon arrival, there was a huge roll of sopping wet carpet in the drive-in area. After the first ride, I refused to take the elevator because it felt like it was damaged in some way. Maintenance issues everywhere. Marijuana smell permeated the whole building. Combination lock for the bathroom door off the lobby (why?). Breakfast had no attendants by 7:30, no cleaning, even tableware was empty, with nobody to assist. Breakfast was closed by 8:00. It wasn't that things were horrible. The room was nice and you could see that it was built not too long ago. But, this shows a complete lack of leadership and excellence. This is not how a $100 a night hotel should be.
