The staff is exceptional and a pleasure to work with. I felt more like a visiting family member than a "guest". Very friendly and will go the extra mile to ensure everything is right. You can tell when someone really cares. Ivy is the best! This was my first visit and will always be my first choice when I stay in Indianapolis.

It was an older hotel but for the price it was very nice. It was a family owned hotel( who were very nice and constantly working). Very quiet. Suited our needs and will be going back.

The night I stayed at the hotel, it snowed and the temperature was chilly. Couldn't get the room thermostat to get the room heater to come on!! The room coffee pot was filthy!! The room iron didn't work!! Room and bath had paint and walls cracking. The orange juice at the breakfast bar, was nothing more than water with some instant orange flavoring, terrible!! There was a somone above us, walking so hard, sounding like the person was coming thru the ceiling Definitely, I would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel!! Ray Jordan

It should be “false advertising” to say this place offers breakfast. 6 am on first morning, the eggs looked 3 days old and biscuits were hard as rocks. 6 am on second morning, I honestly believe it was the same eggs and biscuits from the previous day. 6 am on the third morning…you get the picture The toilet was ready to fall apart. It was in such bad shape that the seat could not be raised and the bowl was so wobbly I thought it was going to detach from the base. 8.2/10 was the customer rating. I’m assuming the “hourly” customers are driving that number. Ridiculous!!!!!
