Being under construction was understandable, however, when I book a room for 4 and am allotted 1 bath towel even after asking at the front desk for more I will not return. Workers were nice, room was decent, but my family either didn’t shower or used a hand towel to dry. Unacceptable.

Everything was great besides the air conditioning not being great. The room temperature was basically whatever the temperature was outside. a/c set to 60 and in the room it would be 80 degrees. Very difficult situation with a 6 month pregnant wife and 1.5 year old son. We will not return.

When I checked in, they required a $50 deposit and since their machine wasn't working, I had to give them $50 cash. When I got to the room, the window was wide open and there was only a sheet for a blanket. The next morning when I checked out, for me to get my $50 deposit back, I had to wait 20 minutes while the front desk person finished what he was doing and then go up to my room and manually inspect the room. The way I describe to friends is it is exactly what I should have expected for a $60 a night hotel.

This hotel is the worst facility I have seen in 30 of business travel. Garbage & contruction materials were strewed in the parking lot and through the facility. Do not let the by Wyndham fool you; this place is a dump.
