Bonne localisationPosted Aug 15, 2015
L'emplacement près du motorspeedway et la proximité des pharmacies, restos très bien. Grande chambre, mais toilette qui avalait pas( malgré mes demandes) et miroirs sales et tâche louche a côté du lit...ordinaire

Jose willfully provided misinformation.Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Couch and space.
Cons: Better staff and problem resolution.
Location: MotoGP Indianapolis
My friends and I reserved a room to attend the motogp event in Indianapolis. After a sweltering hot day at the race track, we attended our rooms only to find out to our dismay that the showers were not working. I understand every building can periodically experiencing plumbing issues, but the most appalling thing about this ordeal was the fact that there wasn't a service personnel available. There was no maintenance personnel to assist us, and after trying to fix the issue with Jose, we were unsuccessful Since we were unable to shower, he offered us a full refund only to recant his offer later on. Jose willfully provided us misinformation in order to temporarily appease us.

Not the best, but clearly not the worst.Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: Clean room
Cons: There was lots of trash spewing out of the containers outside the door. And the parking lot had lots of trash on the ground.
The hotel wasn't too far from an event we were attending at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. There are also restaurants near the hotel. We ate at Bob Evans next door and that was a terrible experience. I'm sure we'll return to Indianapolis for another event, but we'll choose different hotel accommodations in the future.

Clean roomPosted Jul 24, 2015
Cons: Fitted sheet on the bed, fix the toilet.
Location: Was a little ways off the highway we were traveling but not bad to find.
Room was clean. Had trouble with toilet flushing. Used flat sheet on bed so it didn't want to stay on. Decent breakfast. Liked the room they put us in, had living area and small kitchenette.

Good Price .Great Room.Posted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: The layout of the room was great.Very helpful staff.Great location.
Cons: Some issues with plumbing .i.e Toilet.
Location: Was close to the speedway and we ate at Bob Evans Also noticed some gas station & fast food. Was within a block from I-65.
I was in Indy for the Rolling Stones concert and needed a room close t the speedway.Well I sure got a deal finding this hotel. Was able to check in quickly with a pleasant staff. The room itself was excellent. Small lounge area upon entry to room with couch and TV. Kitchenette complete with mini fridge & microwave.Large size bathroom. And most importantly 2 comfortable Queen-size beds. They also had a nice free breakfast buffet,I defiantly recommend this Best Western hotel.

Best Western Airport Suites Indianapolis, INPosted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Reasonable rates, convenient location near interstate, not far from downtown. Breakfast was better than most, included eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc.
Cons: Funky smell in entrance foyer, could be due to remodeling.
Location: It was near airport, a Bob Evan's Restaurant right next door. About 4-5 miles from downtown.
Hotel was nice, room nicely appointed, full breakfast included. Staff friendly and pleasant. Recently remodeled as there was a large dumpster in parking lot full of old carpet and framed pictures. Wish they could have recycled picture frames. Room freezing upon arrival, not a good use of energy.

It was ok, nothing to write home about! I would not recommended this facility to anyone. It was not what I expected nor was it as appealing as it was portrayed to be online.

The sheets were dirty and not tucked in...like they just arranged the blanket from the last guest.

Close to ABATE ClassPosted May 26, 2015
My mom and I stayed here for 2 nights while attending the ABATE motorcycle training course at the old airport. It is only a few minutes and a straight shot down the road, so I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone taking the class. I found the front desk staff to be very pleasant. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and the AC and everything worked fine. I thought the breakfast was really good and they had more to choose from than a lot of other places. Cereal, waffles, muffins, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, and juices. This is a good hotel for the price!
