Rude and unprofessional staff

Never even got past the front desk. They apparently overbooked and didn't care that I had confirmation and a child with me after midnight.

Expedia gave me a hotel in the hood

Mannnnnnnn the hotel I wanted was booked so Expedia gave me a so called 3 star hotel in the middle of the hood the hotel was ran down leak stains all over ceilings paint job not finished they were full size beds when I paid for queen size beds there are no locks to get in the hotel anyone can walk in with no key card required it used to be a ramada you can see the faded sign outside staff was nice but the hotel is horrible.as I was getting my bag out the car I believe I witnessed a drug transaction in the parking lot. Expedia lied about the bed size and it being a 3 star hotel I rate it a 1 star

Bugs and dirty hallways, elevator stank

Pros: Comfortable beds, temperature control of the room worked great. Only loud noises were when some kids went crying down the hallway.
Cons: Obviously the hallways need tended to, the insects reveal that some serious health issues may be on the horizon, and some serious maintenance work.
Location: Decent restaurants are very close by (especially since they only have a bar now).
Got into the room and had to kill a roach crawling across the bathroom floor. If my girlfriend had seen it she would have insisted on leaving the hotel - I figured, I can forgive a single roach. There were a few gnats in the room that we killed ourselves and there didn't seem to be any more the rest of our stay. The bathroom shower ceiling had a couple of holes in it was probably where the roach came in. The walls around the elevators on the ground floor and our room really appeared to be in need of a good wipedown. Also the elevator had this real musty smell about it.

Terrible

Room was dirty, bed was worn out, has previously been a smoking room, so there were burns in the bed and other places in the room. Wifi was broke, slow, or wouldn't work at all. Housekeeping did not restock room. Pool was broke, restaurant and bar were closed. Overall, terrible stay, will not ever return here.

We picked the hotel for the fact it had a restaurant right there and the restaurant was closed. We also chose it for the pool and it was closed. Poor information.

Checked in after long drive

Once I was finished driving for 8 hours all I wanted to do was check in and relax. Instead I checked in and went to my room to find that it hadn't been cleaned, had to go back to the front desk to get a new room. Usually this isn't a big deal and mistakes happen but I was just ready to get to my room and relax and didn't want to have to spend unnecessary time checking in twice. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work, therefore my wife couldn't even dry her hair with the provided hair dryer as it was mounted to the wall and she didn't bring hers because she was anticipating on using the one at the hotel.

Not a 3 Star hotel.

This hotel is in considerable disrepair and most of the amenities listed were closed or non-functioning during our stay. Bar/restaurant - "closed for renovation". Pool - "closed for renovation". Wi-fi - there is Wi-fi, but it did not ever connect to the internet during our two day stay. There was no evidence of actual renovation taking place, you could enter the dining area of the bar/restaurant for continental breakfast (no eggs). Elevator lobbies, cabs and guestroom bathrooms show obvious water damage and unskilled repairs.

Conveniently located for people on the go

We needed a hotel with easy access to downtown Indy that wasn't located right in the city. Front desk was very friendly and always greeted us and bade us goodbye whenever we passed through the lobby. The hotel is next to the highway with a gas station literally right next door, and your usual assortment of fast food chains across the street. The rooms were just fine for our needs with hot water showers and comfy beds. Only critique is that the free wifi was not very fast and would sometimes randomly cut out - acceptable if you're just doing a little web browsing or sending a couple emails, but definitely not good for heavy internet usage (e.g. stream music/videos or working online). This is a hotel for people passing through for a night and it does the job just fine.

We were in Indy for a wedding. Everything was great. There was a very busy convention in the city but we didn't have any problems other than getting lost a few times.
