It was the perfect location! we walked actually 1 block to the stadium and also visited a few of the local Taverns and they were all in a close walking distance! Loved our whole weekend!! Would definitly do it again! and the price was outstanding!

Pros: Location. Staff, Breakfast was good.
Cons: Free parking.
Warning...$20 a night for parking is BS. \i thought is was just $20 for the total stay. Did not use the pool.

Filthy Room

Posted Sep 14, 2016
First night got into bed and there was mascara on one of the pillowcases. It was late so I set the pillowcase on the floor and went downstairs in the morning to let the front desk know and ask them to make sure we get clean bedding when the room is cleaned. We came back to the run about 10:30 that night and the same pillowcase with the mascara was put back on the bed. My husband went downstairs and told the front desk. We were told nothing could be done now we need to return to the front desk at 7:30 the next day to speak to manager. Disgusting!! Would never stay there again!!!

Perfect for Colts Ganges

Posted Sep 13, 2016
Perfect for games. Wallpaper was peeling and shower bar was rusty, but gave us or parking pass early so we could get to the game. They do not have any form of early check in on Gane days (from staying here 5 different games)

Convenient, close to Lucas Oil Stadium and I70.

If carpets were not stained I would have rated it excellent across the board. Only other negative observation was housekeeping seems to vacuum around things such as foot stools. Overall great experience.

Nice hotel but room small

Once we opened the sofa bed there was no room to walk. Rooms need to be bigger and spacious.

Comfort Suites city centre

Posted Aug 31, 2016
Pros: The breakfast and comfort on beds...
Cons: Clean carpet, fixed wall paper and check room before reserving it.
Location: Everything from sport venues, zoo, and Downtown Indy is very impressive...
Carpet floor had stains, wall paper pilling off, crumbs on floor, remote for t.v missing battery and during check out no one even ask about our stay...

Close to where we wanted to be

Posted Aug 30, 2016
Room had trash (candy wrappers) on the floor. Starburst to be exact. Everything was dusty. Requested extra towels since they only had 2 in room for 5 of us, they never showed up. Pool was cold, pool room was cold. Hot tub was broke. Shower handle in our bathroom was broke. Little kids and teenagers running up and down the hallways yelling til atleast 2am and nothing could be done. Keys barely worked in the doors to get in room. No extra pillows for fold out couch bed. None of the staff was helpful with these issues. It was just not the experience we wanted for the money we spent. A big disappointment.
